President Georgw W Bush is a big terrorist of the world. Who is promoting violence in the world. US people does not want to promot violence in the world. I appreciate todays argument of the great lady. Good job keep it up.
I dont understand one thing what does she mean by saying that by affecting the victims the message is given to target. Doesn't she understand that the message is loud and clear 'We will destroy you for Jehad' that means they can use nuclear weapons against anyone without thinking as rationally as she thinks.
I dont think that terrorist will not use it because the reason for which they used will be destroyed. This is because their reason and intention to put in simple words is 'We will destroy you in name of Jihad' nothing less nothing more.

I would like to bring to notice the Mecca Masjid blast ast year in Hyderabad. The concerned persons behind the attack were Muslims but still that did not deter them from bombing a mosque..that means they are not afraid if it gives wrong signal even to Muslims. I mean this shows that they are not bound to any religion or reason...and hence proves my point.
Why would they bother if the reason for which stands to be destroyed? It is a toy for them which kills even more people than any other toy.
What does she mean by reason? Who else except few in islamic countries and Muslims share sort of sympathy or sponsor the reasons of these terrorists. Infact by being able to use Nuclear weapon they might be able to motivate the demoralised terrorists in different parts of world..who have seen the royal screwing of Al-Qaeda and Taliban in Afghanistan.

I am anti pak, but to my understanding she knows the muslim mind better and first time any muslim is speaking truth. I think she is right, terrorist may not want to use nuke because there purpose is to terrorise the population and convert them to islam. If the whole population is annhilated then there ends will not meet. So they will rather use weapos which will kill not more than 50-100 people at a time. If thats not true, then by now you must have seen blasts of very high magnitude killing thousands of people but that has never happened.

Being a muslim does not justify her to give an accurate picture of Terrorists. I dont think ISLAM requires conversion from christians and they even dont expect that. What do you mean by mass killing ?
Have you started seeing deaths of 5-10 people or 50-100 people or 3000 people as peanuts. Do you mean atleast one lakh should be killed in a terrorist strike then you will sit back and say yes but it is still too small compared to world population.
Don't be surprised if tomorrow your vegetable vendor starts selling nuclear weapons. With competition, the price will come down. Das rupaya ko theen. It's quite legal. It did not break any laws. HA HA.

Just because she has a Ph.D from the US does not mean her arguements are crystal clear and very objective. I only see her putting up a belligerant posture to evade the pressure that Pak is getting from the US. Is there a better way to do it in this day and time than to rail against the US? Ms. Mazari's giving a clean chit to AQ Khan shows how illogical she is. Pak is a lap dog of the US. Yet, she raves and rants against the hand that feeds her.

Ms.Mazari is simply stating the position of the Pak Military, and finding reasons to do so!! There is nothing new in what she says and her sense of reasoning is amusing, to say the least. To say that terrorists don't need the nukes is simply absurd. People who believe they will go to heaven and be served by beautiful damsels if they die in the process of carrying out jehad, cannot be expected to be logical or reasonable in their approach. They are simply fanatics who will stoop to any level and Ms. Mazari cannot expect the world community to sit and watch while the devils are let loose in Pakistan.

She misses a point... What if the non state actors (terrorists) take advantage of the fluid political situation in Pakistan and sieze power. They would then be transformed as state actor potentially capable of nuclear strike on anybody. Even if they dont...would they remain mute against US and Israel and possibly India as well. In that case wouldnt Israel want to preempt? and in retaliation in a do or die act Pak under the control of terrorists launch nuclear strikes against US, Israel and India without bothering about consquences on itself? Her arguments are fine to listen too. But the fact is that Pak is the epicenter of terrorrism and state of pakistan is in a fluid state and so stands a grave danger to peace.

I agree. AQ Khan is a crook who ofcourse violated international protocol. To this extent, he issue an public apology.
So, I don't agree with defending AQ Khan. At the same time, her agrument about US and France proliferating Israel is very bold and true. Infact, France was the country which fully sponsored (technology) of Israel's nuclear programme in 1970s I guess.
These countries have done so with complete transparency - violating all possible international laws. To date, Israel hasn't declared itself as a Nuclear state though it has fully functional nuclear programme and hundreds of nuclaer weapons. Everyone knows the unilateral action US takes to further its interests.
Its like pot calling the kettle black - practice before you preach. Though I am not completely supporting Ms. Mazari's statements, it takes courage to call spade a spade - and I am with her for publicly speaking truth.
As for feeding hand, US is not helping Pak out of philanthopic interest. What is the harm if Pak has its independent international stand.

According to her logic its quite legal to sell nukes and in Pakistan the sale take place like this.
Which idiot invited these Paki idiots into India. U.S Vs Pakistan match to begin soon if Pakistan don't budge to Uncle's demands. India must keep a safe distance from the happenings and watch the Tamasha.
Irrespective of what India's foreign policy prefers, we need to see what Mazari is saying, in perspective. She has rightly identified the US as the biggest perpetrator of fear and lies and as a Goebbelsian creator of public opinion that is fearfully drowning good sense. Hats off to Mazari for her sensible talk.
The worry is Pakistan is made by Zinna who is trator to India nation. Army chief could not hold together .It nation with no economy , no concept no vision :just look saudi and gulf state to survive. Have taliban on back
This sounds funny and stupid on the side of Pakistan. They r giving stupid arguments to proove themself. No mind is applied in this presentation, held at 10 Asian Conference in Institute of Strategic Studies and Analyses.
Fantastic argument....Makes real senses...Where are diplomats of this calibre who can unrattle the west and dress them down of their void sense of superiority..With a stonger South East Asia, its imperative that we all up the rhetorical ante and give those dumb asses in the west with blood on their souls a run for their intelligence..
I think everytime you hear a pakistani , they are either talking from greed of kashmir or about fear of US. For the first time I am seeing a Pakistani Statesman who has ignored the fear and greed and is talking what makes sense. I hope more such leaders come up in Pakistan , half of the problems will be over.
