"The actual date of Shivaji's birth was under controversy but now settled on date as 19 February 1627. Shivaji's grandfather Maloji Bhonsle claimed descent from the north Indian Aryabharat kshyatriya clan of Sisodia .[2]"

SHivaji's ancestors were not Biharis or UP Bhaiyyas ... Shank ko Mirchii Kyo laagti Hai ??? Kyo key from tomorrow onwards they wont be able to take part in morning lota parade near mahim tracks!!
Migration is preventing development of UP/ Bihar . because their young generation is migrating in large numbers to other states, their own state is stagnating. because migrating at the earliest opportunity has become the norm, they don't expect their governments to deliver. their governments then are free to be lethargic as there is no public pressure to perform. hence they become strong advocates of migration. every bihari /UP railway minister, instead of building railways in their own states, are busy connecting their own states to other states, connecting mumbai to ranchi, pune to lucknow, meerut to nagpur etc, to facilitate migration.
if UP/ Bihar is to develop, their educated class has to stay back and pressurise their govt. this is what we maharashtrians do. we dont pack our bags after graduating and leave our state. we have state pride and that helps the state develop.

this is all because u have not seen the world. you are just a frog in the well. If railway ministers are wrong in giving connecting trains, then how about the aviation ministry giving direct flights to other countries. U talk like this because u live in a shit locality in Mumbai and used to of it. come out visit some other places on the globe and then u will see how u are destroying the country by fighting like this.

if mumbai belongs to everyone , then why does everyone not contribute for its maintenance ? why did delhi get a metro when mumbai needed it for decades.delhi gets massive central funding as its a central pet. u guys treat mumbai as a cash cow. you line up for the milk, but dont share the expenses of feeding the cow, cleaning the cow , keeping the cow healthy. that you leave to maharashtra. if mumbai truly is a national asset, then every state ( from where people migrate in large numbers) should pay a monthly sum to cover the infrastructure costs that mumbai needs to sustain migrants. POLLUTER PAYS.

Migrants should also learn or attempt to learn marathi language and culture and not try to impose their own culture. migrants worldwide do the sacrifice , not locals.but in mumbai its reverse, here locals have to sacrifice their language and culture to integrate with migrants who are not willing to learn marathi.strange isnt it ? does this happen anywhere else?

but in US u have to speak english right ? do americans learn hindi in order to communicate with you ? in mumbai , marathi people learnt hindi , but biharis did not learn marathi.
Keep everything aside, region, country, labour, slums, crimes? Every one has right to go anywhere in the country, but there should be some limit. Already mumbai is a small city areawise, it has a large population and day by day thousand keep migrating. How much Mumbai will sustain, there is no space to walk, no place for people to live (4 people live in 10 x 10 rooms) health, cleanliness, law and order all have to manage. Already it has overcrowded and is on a verge to explode, not only mumbai but it is a story of many cities across maharashtra or some more cities over india. It is not right to target some set of people and terrorize them, but they should also think the people who live here from generations, their land gone, pollution, health hazards. Till when they will sustain or the city will sustain this long
Its situation is like a blowing balloon and if it continues the same one day the city will explode and there will be nothing left behind, mumbai will become part of history? so every other states should start planning about economy of their own so that their people dont have to go anywhere to find jobs and destroy other's home to make their home.

I don't think anybody should doubt the fact that India is one and any Indian has the right to go anywhere in India without restrictions be it for work or leisure. Politicians will always use cheap tactics to cash on regional sentiments and gain political advantage. But I don't understant how people get carried away and support these traitors. I don't believe that poor hawkers and taxi drivers are looting Mumbai and sending crores of money to Bihar. People are also trying to say it has happened with Biharis in the North east so they are somehow to be blamed. In Assam poor labourers were killed by terrorist who don't have any alienation to India did this act and even this has happened in Kashmir. I hope sense prevails and common man don't support politicians who divide and rule stroking regional and religious sentiments.
