Civilian law is uneffective , all these captured terriost to be handed over to army to court marshall them & put them to their horrifc end. These Jihadis had come from Napak to wedge war & to fight war is army's job not civilian court.
Imagine a 2 yr old baby bomber used to kill benazir as per her autobiography. Gruesome these militants dont care for even children leave alone ladies who are now becoming bombers.

Zero Sigma It is mentioned that weapons didn't worked properly at the time he was plannign attack, otherwise he was ready to go on full attack. When the weapons didn't work he must have thought of his unexpected failure and getting caught. So he has left the institue premices. He was not in hurrey to catch the plane. Hope u understand

These people are not human beings, they are human bombs. They don't have any feelings. They know only one thing, blindly believe in some uneducated people who like to see only their community people's existence in this universe. They are sick and have only one aim in life. To kill and to be killed.
these people mind set is the biggest problem. Ours is a free country, nobody is denied the basic education, infact nation spends crores of rupees to educate everybody irrespective of thier caste and religion.

What's this ? terrorists envolved in the incident should file a case against Pakistan for giving them a faulty weapon. Maybe you terrorists can ask for better weapons from your brothers and sisters from India. Secular people, please take note of this, the poor terrorists are being deprived from a good firing weapon. Do something...

I agree with you, Cong govt should order an High level inquiry on why the weapon didn't work properly. Based on the First report, Medha patkar will sit for hunger strike to provide compensation benefit to the terrorist. Then the matter will be addressed to Prisident of India, where our rubber stamp president will sleep on the matter. By that time, the terrorist would have killed another 100 people.

The NGOs & Human Rights Groups should lodge a formal complaint against the faulty AK 47 provided to these poor victimised tortured Terrorists ..... Of course Cong can support them
