The magistrage suspected that a small time vehicle thief will not talk of encounters. He ordered the cops to go to the bottom of the case, hence these shocking revealtions. Thank God, we still have some sensible judicial officials in small towns. It was his keen observation, that helped focus the police attention. Otherwise, the police was preparing to white wash the case as of vehicle thiefs, and we may have had to witness violence of unforeseen consequences.
