Due to the intrinsic cultural diversity, each State in India cannot 'productively' govern more than 2 million citizens. India should 'decentralize' 604 districts into States or Cantons as in Switzerland.
1.> The corrupt congress party allowed illegal bangladeshis to be settled in NE (Assam in particular) and added them to the voters list.
2.> A movement against migrants (bangladeshi muslims) settling down in that region gave rise first to protests and later to militant organizations and attack of Bangladeshis.
3.> Once the movement was outlawed in india and branded terrorist organization, they required arms and funding.
4.> ISI quickly jumped in to provide the necessary finance and arms supply with one condition. The movement will no longer be targetted against muslim bangladeshis but other migrants from WB and Bihar in particular.
So that is the situation right now , another gift of the congress communalist vote bank policy.
While BJP may not perform well in Nagaland, David Burhill, in his eagerness to prove that BJP is not a force to reckon with, has conveniently omitted to state that the 'little' BJP had won 7 seats & around 11% of the votes in the last assembly elections in Nagaland
The fate of common Indian is that all though the year we have assembly elections, panchayat elections, municipal corporation elections and so forth and we have all our politicains busy in these elections so where do they have the time to look into the issues that a common man have......this is the fate of being largest democracy in the world.
