But why mass scale imigration to mumbai, even if raj or bala saheb stop protesting soon it will be out of the hands of the congress and the mubaikars, Mumbai is a city in which most of the people live on each other. Give UP and Bihar to Pakistan and/or bangladesh. Another solution is akhand nepal which controls most of UP and Bihar. That will work too. That will solve the problem once and for all. I am all for UP and bihari independence.
