Bombay has progressed not because of Marathi people, but because of outsiders, the Hindi speaking states are the least developed. Bombay does not belong to Maharashtra, but to India as a whole, Marathi people don't have any extra rights over other Indians, they should be thankful for the cosmopolitian people of Bombay, people of Bihar and UP have set up huts all over Bombay, by bribing the police, the BMC, ruled by the BJP and Shiv Sena.
If people of India, are not allowed to stay in Bombay, or any place in India, does the rule not apply to Indians working and staying in US, UK and all over the world, should they be not hunted out of foreign lands.
Apart from speading hatred, changing names of places, creating riots, looting and distroying properties of others what has the Shiv Sena, the MNS or the Thakre family contributed to Maharashtra or Bombay. does the city belong to them only, just because it is a rich cashing cow. How many crores have the Thakerays made from the city, are they not provided free security out of public money, and ill treat the same public.

silly comment. Have you tried to find out if we have a problem with marathis? I don't think we do.
Most of these 'marathi' people have zero contribution to the language but it is simply a point for them to fight on. Basically they don't want marathi. they just want fighting or nay field in which they can win.
Overall marathis are simple cultured people and not like this. this raj thakeray is also unlike his uncle. He should be put behind bars simply. He is trying to gain votes due to language in an era where many Indians converse in English.
If you love your language so much, why don't you do some constructive thing in it? If people like it, they will automatically want to learn marathi - why do people want to learn french although it does not provide job opps and is limited to France and a few small african nations? Make marathi that way if you REALLY like your language.
They hate north indians but they are foolish.Gujjus dominate Mumbai.So much so that gujju culture,dandiyas,food and even language is mixed with marathi.Most biz run by gujjus,prime land own by gujjus and paris(again gujjus) and this martahis want north indians head? north indians arehard workers.If you all marathis think your culture is getting corrupted blame gujjust.50% of mumbai population is dominated by gujjus!! think and decide who harms u more ?

Mr. Golden, every state has pros & cons. Infact Gujrat also have lot of cons like Bihar/UP. It can list those here, but that is not going to any good here. So why are you blaming Bihar/UP? It was his personal view. Don't generalize the personal view.

Either it is Gujrati or North Indian or marathi all are same. Please do not try to divide Hindus any more. Hindus are already divided on many things. marathis as well as north Indian all are good. This is raj Thakrey bad not Marathi.

I am from Jharkhand staying in Mumbai and consider myself Indian first always.
This is the cheapest of politics run by a hopeless, loser, depressed person like Raj Thakre.
One simple question - If people of Jharkhand, the state providing maximum revenue to country's exchaquer thru its minerals and resources start thinking of not sharing a single pie with other states, will it sound good. Pls remember a large chunk of that money does not goes back for the development of that state, rather it comes to Mumbai for Mumbai's infrastructure development. Dear Mr Raj thankre everybody know that you are a loser and do all this shit to somehow gain power. Don't be so corrupt for the greed of power.
You should be really ashamed of your actions and should apologige and ask your partymen to stop all this nuisance.

I am from UP But it is fact Govt. of India earns largest revenue from Jharkhand it is also fact that Govt. of India doesnt share appropriate part with Jharkand . It is because Jharkhandis are not awaken for their development

i cant understand if raj thackeray is so geniunely interested about whatever he is in why he waited so late to do it? form a new party and target it on community. he was politically active 10 years back. what is he actually trying to prove? that after all the biharis leave maharashtra his party will drive taxis and operate roadside stalls and pay less hafta to police stations and carry loads and wont squirm and moan about too much work and less pay and make unions and go on strike. and ofcourse form a quota. this man is cool. he wants to get some votes for his party. biharis wont go. nothing will happen and he will gain publicity and join the ruling party in the next election and get a good cabinet position and mint a lot of money. india is like africa. just find some poor people give them alcohol and money and thet will go burn a house for you. dumb frigging politics. and educated people have opinions on it. thats sick.
