AIADMK supremo Ms Jayalalitha is one leader who uses the LTTE%u2019s name the most, more than its supporters. She had twice benefited from using the Tigers%u2019 name. In 1991, she succeeded in dismissing the DMK government, through claims that it was supporting the activities of the LTTE. Again, after the assassination of Rajiv Gandhi by the Tigers, she swept to power, following a sympathy wave for the Congress-AIADMK alliance. Having once tasted blood and toppled the DMK government using the LTTE card, it had become customary for her to use it again and again, to settle political scores against her political opponents when she was in power, or as a tool to destabilise the government when she finds herself in the opposition. Now, she had started using the Tigers%u2019 name for another objective, to drive a wedge between the Congress and the DMK. With her daily statements on increasing LTTE activities and demanding action on supporters of the movement, some of whom are allies of the DMK, she had nearly succeeded in her mission. Local Congress leaders, who are already sore with the DMK for not sharing power with them, had already started making loud noises against its ally, also a partner in the UPA government at the Centre.

Sinhalese have kicked out most of the tamilians outside this island. And these tamilians are living all around the world as refugees. They have settled in Middle East, Australia, Far east, Europe & Americas for the past 25 years. They are sending the money to them to reclaim the land. Even if one guy sends 100 USD,it becomes millions for LTTE. Do remember.
This is the sacrifice these refugees are doing to reclaim their homeland.

Without credibility,its difficult for any positive outcomes out of LTTE's campaign. The LTTE attacks may look sensational but it frightens ordinary citizens around the world. Secondly, please stop circulating fabricated stories of congress getting involved in Rajiv Gandhi's assasination. It was a sad chapter in India's history and no indian can forget that.

Who told Rajiv was killed by LTTE.? Its all a dramma created by Congress. When a congress leader Rajiv is visiting a site in TN, how man TN leaders were present at the site when he visited. Its the planned assasination by congress to win the election. Check the votes congress got before rajivs death and after rajivs death. Just becaause of rajivs death only Manmohan sing became FM of india and Narasimha rao became PM of india. Its the planned murder of congress to gain sympathy votes. Tell me where did the congress leader of TN went when rajiv visited TN?

My friend, Sinhalese has wiped out 1lakh tamilians life in that island. But for eyes LTTE has become terrorist? What is the value of this 1lakh tamilians killed by sinhalese. Has anybody in the world including you have asked sinhalese?- No. Just when LTTE use the same technique which sinhalese useg against tamilians it became terrorist organisation?
Why will they do if Sinhalese uses its military strength to commit genocide in tamil areas?.
If LTTE is not there,there will be no single tamil life in that island.

What does Karuna mean- he will allow LTTE to seek a safe haven and shelter them in TN, but not allow them to run the state. Seems like a king protecting his vassals, but not allowing them to grow too strong.
There's nothing wrong in a brother supporting brother. Anyone speakinh Tamil is our brother. Does not matter if he is from kerala or EELAM (srilanka) or Andhra.

The Liberation Tigers have attacked and destroyed a Special Task Force (STC) camp in Bakmityawa in the Ampara District in the early hours of Monday, according to initial reports from the south eastern town. Rajiv was attending sriperampudu election meeting. No congress leaders were present in the area and congress coalition partners like JEYALALITHA, SUBRAMANIA SWAMY were never present in sriperampudur when he was assasinated.
Is it a well planned assasination by congress & Co? (Just to gain sympathy votes).
Just check the statistics during that elections. Elections were held in two phases that time. First phase results showed that cognress was defeated. Second phase was conducted after rajiv's murder.And congress sweeps the polls conducted in second phase. Even then they were able to form minority govt headed by Narasimha Rao.
Is it a deliberate murder by congress & Company?
Did Chidambram was also involved in Rajiv assasination just to secure his MP seat in his constituency and become minister under Narasimha rao?
