Anthrax is caused by a bacteria and not qa virus.The False Positive scare will be generated by the unwanted haste made in publishing the news.The disease pattern of the cases reported? need to be studied before a TRUE SCARE is reported.
This is almost certainly an act of terrorism by enemy combatants. Exemplary speed in correctly identifying the enemies of the state and exemplary harshness in punition, irrespective of regional affiliation of the individual(s), alone can deter potential future mischief of this magnitude. God will bless our souls.

CENTRAL GOVT. MAY KINDLY CONSIDER THE THREAT OF USE OF BIOLOGICAL WARFARE AGAINST THE STATE SERIOUSLY.
Apart from the usual stuff, it is also important to investigate where Anthrax came from in the CoochBihar district which is close to Bangladesh border and also on the smuggler's route. This should be looked upon from terrosist angle also whether someone dropped some component of biological weapon by mistake etc. No compromise must be allowed.
