Mumbai is commercial capital because of the safe environment and good infrastructure compare to other cities provided by the locals...
Maharastrian are not in minority but they are outnumberd by the insane influx...
And Maharastrains never feel insecure otherwise this movement would have started long back and there would have been a law against these migrants long back...
but now the limits are being crossed everyday...
so goo what is heppening... better late then never!

by the same logic, why do maharashtrians go to other parts of india or USA??? Why dont they stay in maharashtra and make it a dream state. First call all maharashtrians from outside maharashtra whether it is delhi or karnataka or USA, the day you call all maharashtrians of the world to maharashtra, i think that thad day i will support raj thakeray

What do you mean by Mumbai is made by us outsiders.... If you outsiders are such a gr8 entrepreneurs then why dont ya try n turn PATNA or LUCKNOW or ALAHABAD or any other city into MUMBAI? The fact remains that MUMBAI is MUMBAI because of the people of mumbai. And now the infrastructure of this gr8 city is stretched to its limits by these uncivilized outsiders. who are here just to earn n not to live. People shud really live here and belong here not just earn n use the money to spend in their states. Why no one had objected to Gujjus in mumbai. cuz they have made it their HOME and not just a place to stay and do the GANDAGI.

Milind, my brother, I have lived in Mumbai for years and it is true that Mumbai is not able to cope up the pressures, but this is situation in all the Metros. But is is sacrifice of many that they choose to live in abject poverty and lack of any infrastructure. If these people from UP and Bihar are not there then Mumbai will sink economically in a day. Many of the great Marathi intellectuals accept this theory that this is the result of passionate and hard-working BHAIYAS that Mumbai is the lamp post of the country. And you want to throw them out. Can you throw out Amitabh Bachchan out of Mumbai? Or can you smash Dharmendra of Punjab or throw out Narayan Murthy of Karnatka from India. All world is yours if you can enlarge your vision. Classic divide and rule policy is being used by Raj Thackrey, he is gonna push the north indians to the very limit, some day or the other there is going to be a backlash. The day that happens the marathis are gonna think that Raj is our only saviour..which will lead to him becoming another Bal Thackrey (who still is a zero outside Maharastra)
The mumbaites should count the no of industrialists, builders, stock brokers etc. who are actually marathi and then think that whether mumbai would be the economic capital whithout this non-marathi people. Indians as per the constitution have a right to work and live anywhere in India and no bloody goona should be allowed to take the law in his own hands.

I've been seeing the excellent behaviour of marathas on TV since last one day...anyways I know that they don't represent the majority marathi people.
And u should think how many of these "RESOURCES" would be there were it not for the non marathi people
By the way I am still waiting for a list of marathi industrialists who have given job to millions of localites
