If person like Raj Thackray si the face of marathis..one can understand then how marathis are! This man has lots of land and money in his pocket but why did not he do anythign for Maharastra? Why he is tryign to tell marathis are incapable to do anything self and need outsiders to do something for them? Amitabh helped lots of poor in Maharatrsa too but what this man has done ever there? If he coudl eb the face of Marathis, Marathis should hide it with shame!
marathas are nationalists.they fought panipat.imagine going on hathi and ghoda to panipat.fighiting for the pride of india.in freedom muvement we had tilak,fule,sawarkar,ambedkar and many.remember maharashtra was carved out of cp and berar state whose capital was nagpur which comprised mp and chattisgarh.here marathi also speaks hindi in day to day affair.marathwada was a partof nizam.still u find state bank of hydrabad.you would find lots of lingayats,sikhs in nanded,telgu speaking people,kannad speaking men.in vidharbhalots of komptees are there,banjaras are 2 cr.rest was carved fm gujrat.that is why we have so many gujjus,marwadis and sindhis here,muslims and parsis are here.effectivly u have 7 cr population whose mothertoungue is not marathi.we had non marathi chiefminister for 22 yrs.naik bandhu and antuley. yashvantrao chauhan was intellegent to know this demographic change in maharashtras polity.thats why the name is maharastra not maratha.congreess knowas this.there performance was poor last time still they have won.because they know the arithmatic wake up shiv sena

Sikhs are the most bravest and contributed highest to India being lowest minority. Infact, they saved Hindus all the time. But see how we treated them!!

Mumbai is Mumbai because it is the commercial capital of India. Government of India should declare it a Union Territory. Maharashtra can shift its capital to some other city, if they like it. Stop claiming Mumbai for a specific group of people, be it Maharashtrians or any body else. Otherwise, GOI can decide to shift its commercial capital to some other centrally adiministered place.

well amitabh and his father were great personalities , it was rajiv gandhi who told him to contest against bahuguna ji in allahabad as for kanya shala , he opened it in daulatpur village , becz of the land issue which was in this village itself , so dear its no love only politics

Bachchan has helped lots of poor farmers in Maharastra. Just go and ask peopel there before rattling nonesense here. Just tell but what this Thackray has done for Maharastra? Even made a single road there out of his so much blackmoney and lands?
And idiot like Thackray can make fools of educated like you in Maharastra..it tell what kind of education you guys get there from your paretns as well as society!

for a change some one has spoken the reality.But if he is so disturbed by al this then why target only Amitabh atleast he has done sumthing somewere in India itself, what has he done himself? What has Mr Sharukh Kan done, why doesn't he target others who have actually not done anything for anybody but themselves. He is just being oppurtunistic and Amitabh or any body for that matter has all the freedom to do anything they want legally though. His ideological banter[senseless one though] also implies that an NRi should do samaritan work only in the country they are staying. So if they want to help their motherland then they're wrong. This chap shows how un-educated he is and how oppurtunistic he is!!

What ever Raj is doing,keeping in his own state on top in his mind, if anybody else does same, how can he say its wrong. he should consider the state of another person and at the top of all about the nation as one.

The only difference here is to love his state UP, Mr Bacchan did not HATE other states. And Raj Goonda Thacker is doing exactly opposite of what Mr Bacchan did - He is HATING other states, but not lovig his state... Otherwise why dont we see Ra Thackery establishing a Girls College or Hostel or Womens Home with the money he got ?? No ! Ra will buy Kohinoor Mill with his money but not build a Girl College for Poor Maharastrians...

If you are an Indian working in the US - who will you support ? India or US. Where does your heart lie ? Bachchan works here - and he pays local taxes for that and gets his money from ticket sales across India. The question Raj has asked is stupid because everyone love his land of forefathers than anything else.

Achchaji..then list here about his work for maharastra..even at least a single road made by him? Or monetary help done by him to poor farmers in Satara etc who have ben doing suicides just due to agents of Thackray and Pawar!

Amar Singh and Mulayam Singh should be kicked on their hiney's the next time they come to Maharashtra. Saala baap ka mal samaj ke rakhan hein.
Shiv Sena was formed to drive tamils and south indians out of Mumbai. He used the maratha nationalism to get votes. DMK used tamil nationalism and anti-hindi propaganda to win elections in TN during the 60's. Raj thackarey is using the same tactic to bring marathi nationalism wo win votes. So according to Raj Thackarey Bihar is for Biharis, Andhra for Telegites, Tamil nadu for Tamils, Gujrat for Gujaratis, West Bengal for Bengalese. He wants India to disintegrate into 28 different nations. Gandhi said unity in diversity, wish the founders of Indian constitution split India by geography and not by language. There should have been paralle and perpendicular lines for states. Western block, southern bloc, south central, northern, eastern block etc. People should be encouraged to learn other languages apart from their mother tongue. Importantly people should be encouraged to inter-marry and slowly there will be only one identity "Indian". Politicians like Raj can never preach hatred and divide Indians. British adopted divide and rule policy and he is following their foot steps. There are millions of telugu people in bangalore, millions of kannadigas in Tamil Nadu, millions of tamils in Karnataka and Andhra. Millions of marvaris in Tamil Nadu, millions of Maharashtrians in Andhra, millions of biharis in Delhi and Mumbai.
There is no jai andhra, jai tamil nadu, jai UP, Jai Bihar or Jai Maharashtra...... there is only jai hind ..... bharath maatha ki jai... vande maatharam
Raj Thackery is a murderer. He was almost proven guilty of murder of Ramesh Kini, when Balasaheb got him freed using his influence and contact.
Raj does not have any white business or plush job, where from he gets so much money ? He amassed money by using Balasaheb's name and intimidation and fear and extorted money.
If Raj is so kind to maharasttians why his own Kohinorr Mill project is being given out to all Marwaris and Gujrati businessmen and not needy Maharastrians..?
Raj owns a fleet of luxury cars and stays in the luxury of a rich businessman. What does he understand of the poor people ???
