Due to the intrinsic cultural diversity, each State in India cannot 'productively' govern more than 2 million citizens. India should 'decentralize' 604 districts into States or Cantons as in Switzerland.

Mr.USA, What 'India' has achieved, with its size, population, diversity, poverty, problems and resources in a volatile neighborhood is 'incredible'. Democracy never faltered and dictatorship never came about. That itself shows the intrinsic strength of the land and its people. Definitely, with more calculated planning and enlightened guidance, we could have taken our performance and productivity to very high levels. We are learning and we will achieve that too very soon within the next 20 years.

There's no Khalistan movement anymore. Kashmir is peaceful because the Indian Army has wiped out anyone who had anything to do with militants. "Bengal Chinese will listen" Ha Ha.
Chinese will listen to their own people when the current system collapses due to global financial crisis and when their factories shut down. Maybe you need to look at the Failed states around India.

We want to cut Pakistan into many siblings. Cut off their Sindh, Balochistan, NWFP etc. All of these are already cut-off. There's no governance. Complete anarchy. Having failed completely, it's curious to see these failed "Pakistanis" trying to compare themselves with India.
This "bhai bhai" crap may look good to the Mahesh Bhatt clan but the rest of India has gone beyond it. We look through their "bhai bhai" crap and see pure evil.
Pakistanis hate Indians. Their soldiers are told that one of theirs is equal to 10 Indian soldiers. They think that they are the descendents of the Mughals that ruled India.
With distortions like these which is in their genes, one has to be a fool to feel sorry for their current state. They deserve the position they are in. And let them burn in their own stew.
After starting Jihad in Kashmir, training terrorists to kill people in India. After Kargil, after the 1999 IA plane hijacking where they cut the throat of one of the passengers, after the attack on Parliament and hundreds of other murderous deeds that has been brought by her fellow Pakistanis on India. Now she has the audacity to say we are "siblings" just when her country is imploding.
No, we don't want to do anything with this failed state. Please spare us from your "sibling" love. We have gotten too much of it lately.

Well said. Always watch your enemies, and never forget their names -- specially, one's who do not make a living by excelling in life and humanity, but more by manipulating and short-cuts. Only unity of values, for higher goals, and common purpose, reduces enmity. That needs enlightened leadership and citizenry. None of this is going to happen and nor are they going to leave you alone. Hence, be alert and never drop guard to any kind of talk. Any progress, needs step by step documented actions, with proper monitoring and follow-up and rigorous inspection for change for the better; keeping in mind every possibility of betrayal and falling behind to status-quo again.
