What a shame ! The students are agitating for using unfair means in the examination. That is why the Biharis are lagging behind in every field. Thanks to Mr. Nitish Kumar who has taken firm action against this. This should never be allowed.
not just that these biharis are agitating against being stopped for copying, if you travel in the train with a reservaion then once the train enters in bihar your reservation bears no meaning since anybody can come and try to ocuppy your birth and if if you resist all you get is threat or physical damage.

Mr.singh instead of showing you love for Bihar & Biharis in words why not convert it in deeds. With so much being said against Biharis why not you all people of Bihar along with those so called 40% IAS and uncountable Netas come together and improve sithuations in Bihar. I mean when Bihar is one of the recihest state in India in terms of minaerals and natural resources why don't you people contribute to make it industrially strong to reverse the people drain from the state. Where r u from Mr Rick? and what the h&ell you think about yourself..I can give you 100 examples of families from bihar who are highly educated and regarded as best officers in india and in other countries.Go and check Service commission exam, Cat, Bank officers exam or any other competitive exam. I do understand that law and order situation has become really a matter of concern in bihar but it will take time to bring all these things in place. Now if you were really feared when someone asked you to vacate your birth and you happily agreed to it then it only means that you have no ba$lls.Go to aligarh , those guys will not ask you to vacate your seat rather they will throw you out from the train. The students and the parents were honest enough to ask to be allowed to use unfair means. When the administration did not ensure that the syllabus was completed nor were they strict with the attendance, how do they expect the students to answer the exam. First and foremost you dont have a credible system in place nor do you have a credible personnel in place to enforse such rules and laws such incidents will take place. I am not saying what the students did was right nor do I condone the demand for unfair means demanded by the students and the parents. I am only saying that its high time to revamp the entire system and elect more honest people to be the leaders of the nation and genuinely support in building up the Indian nation cause in a place where bad people are more the good people taking a beating and where good people are more the bad people taking a beating.

The other day I was hearing Raj Thakrey spitting venon on the TV (Sahara) against the north indians and their festival of chaat puja and the like. He sounded like an angry young man. Just after that the channel aired a program in which the Mrs. Dutt a congress MP was shown vounching for the cause of street chidren, the homeless. She was requesting everybody to help the street children, fund their education. Requesting the august audience to help the needy. In the process of nation building, I would rather go with a leader of substance and whose heart is where it should be than with a leader who divides and promotes hatred.

Keeping the hilarious and at the same time saddening afair of the peoples reaction, it is time to applaud the Bihar government for finally taking such strong steps. I would like to congractulate all the people involved in enforcing the law correctly. I wish them good luch and courage to keep it up.
I read all the comments but no body is talking about the teaching of the subject. when for whole of the academic year, there will not be even a single class, bcoz of non availability of tachers, how can I pass in exam without these unfair means. Only exams are set in the academic calender and classes are never scheduled. It has become a system of giving away certificates without imparting knowledge. Govt of Bihar should look into college academic system and empoy professors in schols and colleges to avoid these kind of situation and nurture talents of Bihar which every other other Indian feel envious about Biharis...

Don't justify cheating. If you say classes are not held, why join college at all? You should have reacted against non holding of classes, which would have brought better results. As it is by reacting violently for being denied opportunity to cheat, you have only reinforced the poor image of Bihar and Biharis in the eyes of fellow Indians.

I am not supporting their action. the only concern i raised about the scarcity of teachers in our schools and colleges. Obviously One resort to easiest way of achieving things. If they used to get certificate without studying y they will ask for employment of teachers. Moreover govt has aslways given deaf ear towards this demand of universities and colleges. Its the flaw in the system which forces student to do such immoral things. We have to go to root cause of the problem. Blameing and abusing Biharis is not going to serve the purpose....
