Highly Malicious intention by media to defame Bihar and Biharis small group of students indulging in such a act and it is being blown out of proportions.
Same thing happened in my state Tamilnadu when a group of around 10 madmen build a temple for actress Kushboo and everyone in north used to make it a big news . Cut this crap

Rather than cursing biharis for every fault (of even yours) pl see Bihari's who are considered as best when talked about education (particularly maths/science), manners and culture. See top jobs IAS/IPS etc across country, north indian (particularly biharis) are glorifying to every position. See most of the talented leaders Dr. Rajendra Pd, Lal Bahadur Shastri, Jaiprakash Narayan who showed path to the nation, hailed from bihar. See most of the mumbai based companies like TATA they have grown up to this size because of bihar and bihari (thanks to rich bihari soil and soul).

If even for a day all biharis go on strike the Whole of India will come to a stand still. No labour will be available to work in the vegetable market, iron market, wood market, truck loading unloading, construction site, railway station coolie , taxi driver and the lis tos endless. The contribution of Biharis is immense in the growth of India.
As for the local marathis are concerned they are a bunch of lazy kokers who do nothing but sit and talk. Raj Thakrey is just like another lazy marathi who is an incompetent dog and has to beg to his father even to buy Sanitary napkins for his wife.

This shows your poor mentality. Without Bihari your Maharastra will be hell. For your kind information, Bihar is the maximum producer of IPS, IAS and for your kind information this examinations are being conducted by Govt of India. Withoug Bihar even India cannot sustain.

if u remove biharis say most of them were toppers then that means that the ppl who did not qualify ,say non biharis, would take the posts of ias n ips. of course corruption will still continue as they r not "doodh key dhuley" but that CERTAINLY DOESN'T MEAN INDIA WILL NOT SUSTAIN U LOSER!!
Copying/Using Malpractices in exams to get better scores is not a NEW PHENOMENA, however the aggression shown is quite fearing. UPites & Biharis are known for their superb Mathematical skills.
For seeking Govt job Certifactes & percentile are given more importance rather than the knowledge & talent possesed by the candidate.
Can CCTVs be fitted in most exam halls for whole Bihar to see for an candidates wards to see how well is he writing his exams. Can we have ON-LINE test which to an good extent can avoid cheating.
HATS OFF Hon. Bihar CM & Education Minister for bringing in REFORMS with a IRON FIST and by stemming the rot from the root. It seems Bihar can achieve PROSPERITY VERY SOON.
