This is the height of indisciplne and astonishing to read that even parents also demand use of unfair means in exams. It shows the problem is deep rooted and total degradation of values.

If this is the case with professional courses, one imagine the situation at the exams of lower levels like under graduate, graduate level.
This comes under systematic failure some thing drastic to be done to remedy the system.

wat a mess... n which other state but bihar.. to show the way...
n these same people go to other states n ruin their image too...

This is why bihar is in shambles, 'right to unfair means' in examinations as well as elsewhere, in jobs especially government jobs.the rot is very deep. Hope CM Nitish Kumar cleans these augean stables.
