LLB degree / hooligans
by geela parul on Feb 03, 2008 12:58 AM  Permalink

LLB degree colleges and students are feared both in UP & bihar.....because most of them who are studying their is with the purpose of not geeting into trouble.

Police think twice before touching a person with LLB degree.

This degree is must if you want to rape, murder, land grabbing etc.

This 4 year degree also keeps you in college for loger period of time where you are in the circle of like minded people adding to the clout and power. You also get to meet people who can bail you out in adverse circumstances....

The law students are the darling of goonda politicians.......

They are to be feared.

Gaya of all places

It's shameful to note that the protest has been carried out at Gaya of all places. This is the place where the Buddha(who was a Bihari) first found refuge towards his enlightenment path.

Nation salutes Bihar and U.P. Governments for their right actions!
by Gautam nil on Feb 03, 2008 12:44 AM  Permalink

Indulging in wrong things have become the order of the day when compared to older golden days of values! So the country has turned into chaos of crimes and violence responsible for the miseries all over the nation! But the people at the top responsible for the nation are incapable of turning the rules regulations and laws etc., that were framed long before when large majority of the people were extraordinarily disciplined to abide by the laws, to suit to present changed times of well organised hooliganism! Unless this is done fast, it is impossible to net those in crimes as the ones in crimes now are largely the empowered, elite and affluent! I admire present Governments of Bihar and U.P. for their quick and stern actions against non-virtues while centre is a silent watcher, perhaps, due to their own involvement in such activities or incapabilities!

Only hope
by deep on Feb 03, 2008 12:36 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

One good news is that -" It was a firm decision of the state government not to allow unfair means in examinations".
And this is the only hope for Bihar

Yes, and brought to you by the BJP. The Bihari electorate is finally wisening up.

Hope other states, especially Uttar Pradesh, catches up with this too.

This is nothing new in BIMARU states
by Vinal Gandhi on Feb 03, 2008 12:35 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

This is nothing new. Some years back, when Mulayam came to power, he reversed the anti copying laws passed by BJP. Politicians like Lallu, Mulayam and Mayawati have really put those states back by 100 years

Please travel though rural areas of Maharashtra during exam time. You will find students cheating openly with the help of teachers in many places during secondary, higher secondary, and university exams. It is not a problem of BIMARU states alone, it is a problem of an entire nation where people have forgotten honesty and integrity.

well, folks, it's not about any particular state. I have been educated in 4 states and have found that some people just do it no matter what the rule is - and by people I mean both students and teachers. Agreed, some states have a more rampant problem than others and Bihar surely is among the top ones in this regard... but the point i'm making is that other's are not too far behind.
