I think in the above case its the indian education system is to blame..... The syllabus is the same what it used to be 20 years ago.
Why not give applied questions and an open book exam??????
Only if you have understood the concepts can pass.
But our Professors are dustbins....unintelligent, lazy with calligaphic handwriting and they are the ones who have ruined the system.
They do hardly any studies themselves to keep themselves abrest witht the new developments
There only achievement in life is that they scored good in their bachleors and masters.... that is all....Research ???? what is that ??? is the answer you get if asked to them
The law student agitators have spread a new brainwave which never struck any of the members of the student comminuty before i.e "How can we give the exams without using unfair means" when no classes were attended and syllabus not completed.A good idea to pick up by students if any of them intend agitating in future.

Look its like they didnt attend college a single day. The college shouldnt even let them sit. And didnt the college ever teach them "using unfair means is WRONG .... ohhh.....sorrry......the college should have atleast said "its not allowed"....!!!"

Listen you d*ckhead, better you keep ur fu*kin mouth shut if you don't know what you are talkin about. The cities you mentioned are mostly run by Biharis; Deal with it. This is probably not you but ur insecurity.
Have you heard of Ranjit Don who was caught after the leak of all india medical medical entrance exam....and lo....it turns out nobody can do anything as 90% of the IAS & IPS, IITians, Doctors...etc from bihar had his blessings and were obliged.....
So much is his power and audacity that from the jail he had challenged Nitsh Kumar in the 2004 elctions from NALANDA.
Biharis are intelligent agreed...But so are south indians,bengalis, marathis, marwaris, UPites etc......Dont guage that with success of the IAS, IPS.......Many skeletons will fall out and you would lose credibility.... This message is dedicated to those biharis who are beating the trumpet of their IAS,IIT, IPS success
