No wonder nay people clear IAS ans IPS exam from Bihar. I think there should not be any administrative exam in Bihar. I think this is the first time someone denied them for not to cheat otherwise they used to do same thing in all exam.
it seems we are more happy abusing people then to find solution to the problem. criticism should be constructive. some sick, ignorant people feel proud in just criticizing. we should appreciate bihar government action.
the weirdest part is that the people who opposed this are LAW students who are supposed to provide a fair practice. just goes to show the mentality of these biharis who know nothing better than to pollute every place they go

LOL! Is Bihar part of india or Afganistan? I have never heard about or witnessed this level of lawlessness that too by LAW students.
strange...precedent.... can you imagine that BIhar was once-- during maurya period was the center of education. people as far as from other countries used to come to now patna and gaya... etc.. for education. things have surely changed..

Why do not you people let them cheat in exams ?? ...because i am sure even if you allow them to cheat they will never pass the exams LOL. So instead of creating chaos let them do it...simple way to solve the matter.
Bihar has one of the highest immigrants to other states, this state is a shame for india, with congress party and commies still existing all the northeast states are heading towards this kind of disaster.
