RE:Issue pass certificates without exam

I am impressed by the solution you suggested; that reflects your education. Tell us what state you were educated in so that the Bihari or non-Bihari readers will think twice before sending their kids to study in your state. Afterall we don't want our kids to comment like you did!
As a Bihari I find this behavior disgusting. For the benefits of people from other states, unlike in other states of India, many upper caste Biharis have a criminal mindset and almost all are bullies. They are the people doing almost all the criminal activities in Bihar. These goons successfully destroyed Buddhism in Bihar and made it a caste centric Hindu society. The day Buddhism collasped in Bihar and Hinduism took over was the start of the demise of Bihar since the power base shifted to these Buddhism destroying manipulative crooks. How to solve Bihar's problems? The majority lower caste Biharis need to get an education specially the girls.

What the hell you are talking. 80% of Indian population is HIndu. Does this happen anywhere else? Its the bloody politicians who have spoiled the people and system. See what Buddhishm has done in Srilanka?

moreover, the news is about "Law" students and not unemployed "Engineers".

why they remain uneployed because they dont have skill set. why? because they dont know anything. why? because they passed their exams with copying all papers!!!

forget this fire desire ranjeet. he cannot sustain a valid argument, hence he is digressing to non-sensical and non-relevant issues. seems to be a case of "empty vessel making noise"

the topic is about LAW students breaking the law and asking an allowance to cheat in exams. It has nothing to do with the ability of an indian to get employed or not. stick to the topic instead of discussing irrelevant issues. or is that, if you cant sustain a valid argument, you digress towards crap?
p.s. - refer to a dictionary if some words cannot be harnessed by your brain
Action is being taken, thats why it has become news. It is good that action is being taken. Others parts of India are not Oxford. And, it is not producung any nobel luarette as well. Mind the language before critisizing on the news.

criticism is not directed to the new but towards the bihari "LAW" students who are supposed to be part of the future justice system of India.

You can get the degree by hookes/crookes, but problem solving needs brain. You can not become successful professional with such degrees, and endup with running paan shop. Thats why Bill Gates said...India produces only 10% of employable engineer. So what to say that?

now u r digressing. the issue is not about the intelligence of indians or their problem solving abilities, but a basic morality on whether to cheat or not. and what u r implying is that by cheating, these biharis are developing problem-solving capabilities. either stick to the topic and have a valid argument or just logoff instead of bringing irrelevant issues and diluting the crux of the issue.
