why are u generalising all the biharis for this.u cant say that all the biharis get the degree by cheating just bcos of nuisance created by few.it shows that ur are no better than those students,so pls correct ur donkey like thoughts 1st mr anand gavandi.
soth indians are antinationals,They think only for their regions donot blame biharis.I can teach u guys.I have seen the lobbying by south indians ,Marathi etc. they recruit their people preferably.

Is it only Biharis?.Perhaps most of the North Indian States except few.I find south Indian State is better than North Indian States with respect to morality.

You people are better off grazing cows than becoming law graduates. Couldnt those protestors protest at the time the syllabus wasnt completed. Were they grazing cows then??

Mr. Prakash rao. I had studied in Hyderabad. My friend (S S reddy)has done LLB for Hyderabd and he too had used unfair means in last 30 Min. of exam. It is not North or South. Even in south people use books and other things... Mir South Olu pedda em braham charyalu kadu..

do not fight for north and south india. South india is no less than north india. People living here are gundas and rowdies and when it comes to money, they eat idlis just to save a few rupee so that their bank balance does not come down. they say that the idlis are very healthy food. Dry fruits are also healthy food, i have not seen any south indian eating any thing except idli and sambar. Did you get your US visa or still waiting for it ?

This shows how wealthy people enjoys in Bihar when the normal persons suffer.
I think all Biharis will find resonance, in my friend's words. Anyway, whatever little Bihar had as gifts from nature, has been taken away by politics. All its erstwhile assets have been transferred to Jharkhand. But thank God, the story is different for the life of Bihar--its people. They have made progress, and how! A quick look at top 20 IAS toppers. and you get 16 Biharis. They are there--on the CBSE PMT list, IIT-JEE, CAT, Indian Army...they are everywhere...and even on crime hit list!! Bihar is the most uncivilized, illiterate and unkempt state of India--thats what has been projected, and sadly, that's true to some extent. Bihar and Education?? They've been made to appear absolute antonyms. But what is the real picture? Its capital boasts of the best convent schools of the country, which have been churning out ICSE and ISC toppers every year. Students who are saying that their sylabus is not completed and so, they wish to use books for exams then it is shame for LLB students. They would have come on road when their lectures( classes) were not proper and would have complaint to Higher authority of Education. But how can they do this they did not attend a single calass and they do not even know Rules of Examination. If this is the way of education to cheat and pass what will they after getting a certificate. They can only get good piece of Dowery(Dahez)in the name of Lawyer. These future lawyers what will they do you can just imagine.

In our college, Mital could speak endlessly on dhoklas, khakhras, theplas, and of course, dandiya. Sundari could go on for hours about idli, vada, dosa... Sulochana could give a vivid description of the lavish Ganesh festival in her state, but poor Priyanka (Jha), didn't have any subject to talk about. Nevertheless, it wasn't any disincentive for her %u2013 subject or no subject %u2013 she could chatter anyway. It was my sincere wish that Laalu could have done at least something, so that my poor friend had some material to talk! As one Mishraji, rightly joked %u2013 Look at the other states, they have at least One USP %u2013 Gujarat has industries, MP has steel plants, Maharashtra has Bombay %u2013 what do I have, as a Bihari? Most popular indian sport - bihar bashing. shows again a lynch mob mentality of indians. but indians are seen in much the same way by most foreigners as indians see biharis/ bangladeshis. As scum to avoid. Beleve me for I am outside india. And no state is een favorbly against others. If u want to know about punjabis ask canadians or americans, about gujraits and patels, ask americans. Tamils are fomenting terrorism in sri lanka. ask about keralites from the gulf states. Nurses and from kerala are found in every indian hospital. they are so rude that a patient would rather die than take treatment from trhem. Ditto for stenos from kerala who are known for their being truly high-handed. Punjabis use bihari workers as slaves in punjab. nithari happend in UP but ofenders were punjabis. telgi and harshad mehta were not from bihar. in certain hotels in europe, tehy do not entertain indians and pakis. recently, when my company won acontract in saudi arabia, i asked the clients why they do not consider indian companies. they said because indians argue a lot, claim to know more but work less. Stop this bashing now and go back to some productive work. Bihar was not alawys like this. The golden age of india was the gupta period. then, the capital was patliputra, present day patna. bihar was a great center for education in ancient world. like every person, every region/country has god and bad days. Instead of condemning, all should jointly work for overal development.

Thus said an ex-CM of Bihar, as an answer to his opponents, who were doubting his tenure. I wonder what he has to say, now. The belief across India, that Bihar is synonymous with all evil happenings in the country, and is one sore eye, which mustn't be shown to the world---is all an off-shoot of the events that occurred during the reign of this ex-CM. He is the most prominent political face on the global front %u2013not because of what he has done for his state, but for what he has done to his state. We have entered the 21st century, technology is at its pinnacle, the world has flattened %u2013 ya, all this has happened, but there is one dark corner, which is still waiting for light. It is the same Bihar, that existed 20 years back!!! No change at all. Absolutely no change! The world may have advanced on all fronts, but in Bihar, everything has stood still. For me, its a fact that Bihar is a breeding ground for intellects %u2013 from various fields. But above this, there is one more fact--the biggest and most serious of the criminal acts are masterminded by Biharis, majority of the time. For the first time in the history of CAT, the question paper was leaked. And the culprits were--from Bihar.
