Bihar: Not allowed to cheat in exams, students go on rampage
by Ajoy Mondal on Feb 03, 2008 12:42 PM  Permalink

Its strange to read that instead of putting constructive views over the issue few readers
are helt bent on making nonsense( nuisance)
remarks.If one cannot construct something
then why to destroy ?? already nuisance is
created.Let us vow to eliminate corruption &
malpractices from all spheres of society.

Bihar should always be blamed - Yes

1.When man eats man in UP no one should say UP is bad.
2.When there is lynching in Haryana (gurgaon) no one should say whole of Haryana is bad.
3.When there is human sacrifice in karnatka, no one should Karnatka is the most backward society.
4.When there is riot in gujrat, no one should say gujrati are the most ridiculous of people in India.
5.Sati pratha was practised till late 90s in Gujrat no one should say Gujrat is full of conservative Hindu.
6.When there is a lot of foreigner biased attitude in Goa no one should say Goa is full of snob.
7.Kerla the most litrate society have crimes on woman inside home, no one should say anything about kerla in general. (the most literate ones )
8.Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujrat have skewed sex ratio ( mudered of there own girl child - even before they are born ) no one should say anything in general.

But for Bihar all the states of India will unite to blame it for every single thing that happens. - Thankyou to we Indians.

I would like to ask the writer of the above comment, to look deep into his heart whether he really believes Bihar is no verse than some of the other states he mentioned above.
It will do no good to throw mud at others.

I am not throwing mud on others. Just showing that all that is happening is that Bihar is a victim full time negative publicity when at the same time other states also have similar problem. But they never get such negative publicity.

I am not favoring such act. I am such general perception of Bihar.
And, if you go back to starting pages of this discussion you can find my views.

Yes! It is true that people have more fun mud slinging at Bihar. It has more or less become a joke.
However, keeping public over reaction towards such incidents in Bihar, fact is fact. Bihar is in much horrible situation than many other states. What even more saddening is that while most other states are moving forward, Bihar has been moving backward.
Also, there is difference between some of the incidents you reported in other states to the current story in Bihar. While in these incidents the evil doers where doing in private harboring the fear, of varying levels, that the society might punish them this incident in Bihar shows how immoral activities have come to be accepted as the general state of affairs.

omg wth did i just read? students were not allowed to cheat in exams and so they created a rampage? well students from bihar, firstly you gotta get a life! what kind of system is this? wonder how they get jobs this way. and yes that is very unfair to people from the other parts of the country who study their hats off for these exams! why didnt the govt take action earlier when they knew such unfair practises were in fashion.well i guess all comes back to bribes and money. If these students are boycotting the xams well let them, who cares. They are wasting their own time by such stupid boycotts and stuff.

I support such steps of state govenment.

Thats all bull shit..let me answer each one
IAS officers dont reflect the moral values of a system..may be govt. job is more lucrative there in bihar.
Probationary officers...he he he..is it being some nuclear scientist?
ITTians from Andhra pradesh are the highest..may be thats why you are comparing yourself with more business minded states of Gujarat and Maharastra.
Rape in bihar wont get reported..so its less...
Same way murders etc...also the amount of superficial crime you find in mumbai ..is not found in bihar because..its underdeveloped...where there is money and huge development..there will be crime.
In AP only naxals kill police and informers..and AP is the state thats tackling naxalism effectively in entire India..chk the records.
Biharies are going out as labour to other states ...we find biharis working as low waged workers in every part of India...do you know reason why ulfa is killing biharis? so suicides doesnt take place..and even if they happen..they wont get reported...
Great to hear that more Bihari girls complete graduation...like to see the result felt on the society...may be they complete and sit silient with out raising their voice...fact is Bihar is a barbaric state..and its going that way. Even andhra pradesh too is on the same path..now a days we consider people who cut throats and hurl bombs as leaders.

you should know that IAS is a central service and with this people go to all the states.
IITians u recheck the records.
for rape your consideration reflects the entite India
Probationary Officer exam is tougher than CAT or any private sectors exam.
where there is money and huge development..there will be crime....contradictory to ur point only
In bihar atleast naxals dont kill high profile people like in AP
you find biharis only working as low waged workers in every part of India shows your narrow view..i find many people in high cadre govt. job and private sector
crime doesnt get reported in bihar but all TV channels take their 25% news from bihar only :P

Give me the source of these facts, let us check them. First of all we cannot compare two states unless the factors considered are the same..meaning Population, Total area, & also the male/female ratio. Every state has a different density of population & so how can it be compared?? Mumbai is a cosmopolitan city...is it the same with Patna??
So please no comparsions.

Bihar is also the only state where students actually DEMAND 'right to use unfair means' in examinations and supported by parents....wow! No wonder if you claim Bihar has more number of graduates (who of course cant read and write). I always wondered have Bihar produces the highest number of IAS officers- easy and lucrative, isnt it?

u mean to say that all other state student should also follow the bihar style to make thier statistics grow. because ultimately it is statistics which remains in history, no matter how u go for it. Ur message seems to be inspiration for other state students who sincerly pass thier exams after all thier hardwork and still are not able to get admissions in thier field. as far rape is concerned, it may be officially declared as not a crime over there.

Once the centre for Education, with its great Kings and leaders, now a sick state. I am puzzled by the way news channels are silient on the atmosphere thats in Bihar. By what we hear and see now and then...it sounds like a barbaric state with a bunch of Idiots. Hope the people of bihar understand the plight of their state and some good leaders come up from themselves. Sad thing is even andhra pradesh too being ruled by a rowdy is on the same path.. I hope there will be a soon end for the current corrupt government in my state so that repair work can begin.

Chandrababu Naidu has chosen POLITICS as a CAREER to make MONEY.
His assets were just 2 acres of agricultural land before he entered politics.
And it is alleged that he made 2000 crores till date.

I personally know YSR.
YSR did NOT enter politics to make MONEY.
He inherited crores of wealth from his family before he entered politics.
Everyone in AP is aware of this.

The core issue is CASTE politics in India...

Casteism aka Hinduism in India is nothing but a covert mask of socio-economic Collusion.

Vote only for candidates from your Caste.
Do NOT care if he is Corrupt/Competent.

And just watch the Magic...

Dont talk like that buddy about sri krishna ...grazing cows...Lack of leadership is the main cause for any state..current leaders are not able to show them the right path..they feel money and growth is everything and values matter nothing...this is happening in every part of India and bihar looks like the first one to be exposed for lack of morality in the public. Unless we transform our education system..bring in more religion...we will see such things only..India might be growing economically but morally its declining exponentially.

Not everything can happen with the help of governments. Because they fear losing the seat next time if they go against the public's wishes.
What i meant was...why are the public sitting idle? are they not affected by the growth shown by other parts of India? Dont they want to prosper like everyone else? The core problem is the PEOPLE of Bihar in particular & INDIANS in general..
