Police in India are only a little better than thieves: the way they behave and the way they are treated by their superiors. From a police force which is in so much shambles, what can we ever expect? At the best they are good at picking vegetables/fruits from poor vendors on the streets. The problem is, Indian politicians do not want better policing - because they are the ones who will be nabbed first by a professional police organization. THey merely want them to be their puppets.....god save India or may be even he can not

we are 100 crore people and we have 200 crore hands to build our nation ...but still we fail pathetically ..the reason is
1) the sons of Bharat soil are made to fight among themselves in the name of unseen,unknown,undefined,never proven GOD HINDU -MUSLIM HINDU-christain upper caste -Lower caste Dalit -Brahmin naxals - police maoists -police
no Nation can ever develop as long as its own sons stay focussed and united . there is a concerted and systematic effort from foreign hands to make Indians fight within themselves so that they can rule us and also exploit the resources of BHARAT -the prime target being HUMAN RESOURCE ...
the day we realise this simple truth ,the day we break all these artifical barriers of caste,relgions and God and proclaim proudly that "WE ARE INDIANS " that day will mark the first day in the glorious victorious path of this great land BHARAT ....

Instead of spreading canards like this why don't you do something productive?
Why can't Manmohan Singh or Pratibha Patil or Rajasekhar Reddy pardon these poor Bilal and Nazir? Isn't the majority community oppressing the poor, helpless minority community? The guys have gone astray and need to given a second chance, don't you think so. Leave them alone.

Because we have allowed them to do this to us (indian). We allowed them to divide us in states politics, then religion and then caste
We have to open our eyes and speak loudly that we are one and we will not it to happen.
Who are happy in india? People with bad elements are happy and they want this to happen.
No Political outfit is less corrupt, they will play fight game infront of media and have common lunch or dinner
Why the hell police system has been created by corrupt Politician?
Are police system is to salute and take hafta from rich people.
As Indian, i would say please raise voice against any wrong things in society.
We have leave our, jane do policy to bring new India, else we will never able to catch China.
You can take look at progress done by China, they build complete bridge in same time of our 5-6 piller constructed... they build 2-3 bridges of same cost of our 1 bridge( which is also need lot maintenance)
Who is reponsible for quality problem? it is ur money, ur resources used by politician and government employees

The police system was created by the Britishers to supress the natives of our country and keep them under control. Our politicians (of all hues) have not over-hauled the Indian Police Act in all these years!
The police has to be made people friendly and not politician friendly. Until then, we have to face this music!
Neither the common hindu nor the common muslims (or those belonging to other religions) are enemies of each other. Neither Mr. LK Advani go after Imam Bukhari with a sword in his hand nor Mr. Bukhari will go after Mr. Advani. They will make fools like us fight the war for them!!!!
the whole concept of "police to protect" has failed....go back to boardroom and re-think the very concept of having police for protection, this has failed miserably!!!....make an agency which way above politicians like the Courts....they shud work indepently...without interference of politicians and bureaucrats...
Muslim is really good word as per Islam, do not use muslim word to call culprits.
They are not muslims, they are terrorist. Terrorist does not belong to any community or society. They are anti social elements who was playing card in hands of our politician

I think its time to Reform the whole police system. 1. The police are not at all interest in their actual job. They are just more busy in taking bribe/hafta than solving the issue/problem. 2. They are not physically fit. Most of them may be not able to run 1KM. 3. Why there is a system of transfer if one found guilty. He should be removed from the system. He will start doing the same illegal activity in the new location. 4. People fear to go to Police Station, becos they harass more while u wanted to give some complaint. 5. In ideal situation they supposed to be the Guard the Citizen. Instead they are eating the Citizen. 6. Remove the Ration policy from them. And give a standard salary. Any way this people are eating money from the Tax Payer. 7. Impose Strict rule for Bribe tacker. 9. Give them some kind of training to Improve there Soft Skill. 10. Now a days I believe being a police son is like a insult for them. Police = Corrupt. 11. Upgrade there arms and skill to fight. We are still showing the same old kind of system. Though the GDP is growing on 9%.
Its high time for reformation. Law and Order should be reformed in INDIA

I agree with you my friend Das. I'm son of policeman and i'm proud to be son. It is not each for honest policeman to survive in gang of wolfs.
i have stayed in police colony for 25 years, i have seen police man taking bribe, creating false police case for people not giving hafta and how they torcer clean policeman. Good policeman will be sent remote places which is about 5-6 hours far from colony and many more....
Police are servants of Politician's and they collect hafta for them.

hello boss, nothing wrong with system or police. problem is with our politicians. police dept. have to act as per home ministers, chief ministers orders. u know that
Indian police man are useless, they had lots of leads for Mumbai train blast where several hundred people died still we are not able to get judgement or punishment.
Mumbai 93 blast most criminals didn't get punishment.
Mumbai riots none has received any punishment and government can not take action and our police is servant of government in power.
iNDAN internal security agencies sud take leeson from USA homeland security.after 9/11 no terrorist incidend within USA.Some local criminals[terrorists] support jehadi to attack in side india.now times come to take local criminals by strong hand.massage sud go to local criminals that they will be fired.

We need unity of action and focus; of health and well-being; of truths and values; of logic and common sense here. Organized religion is organized madness. It is politics and not religion. The only difference between Islam and other religions is freedom and rights of women. They just want to legitimize this by putting a show of violence, false-ego and self-righteousness around it, so that the truth remains unchallenged, and the numbers in darkness keep growing. Arab illiteracy has reached 1 in 3 today. A small state like Israel produces 1000 times more books and papers than all Arab states put together. The level of passion to push oneself to excel and be dynamic is missing; free oil and false pride has created more contentment and status-quo and mass mediocrity...
