Apart from fanatic spread of Jehadi Islam, they have other political goals:
1. Undermine Bangalore, India;s technology Capital. As Indian economy derives a lot from IT, High-Tech Industry of BLR, Chennai, HYD- these are under attack from Jehadis and their supporters.
2. IISC and other institutes of new emerging are also under attack for the same goal.
3. Lashkar E Taiba's proclaimed goal is to establish Nizam's Empire back in Hyderabad and the erstwhile kingdom of Nizam.
4. Lashkar-E-Taiba's head has proclaimed many a times that any symbol of Indian economic, political, intellectual, religious power is a legitimate target to Jehadis.
Question remains, why our Indian psuedo leaders for purely votebank, and media for ideological blindness of communism has NOT EXPOSED THESE JEHADIS SO FAR?

people like mr.robin hood, fit the typical muslim who has a problem with everybody. some hindu (rss), some bhuddha (atheist), some commie (super-atheist, they don't have the guts to say that as they will take care of them), xtians (mad crusaders), jews (zionists). basically, they have a problem with all, and we need not say that -- all have a problem with them. then, u decide who is the moron -- they or all others. at least they need to show some basic common sense in their manipulative games! Just think why the whole world has a problem with one religion only, and who divided India based on religion, you will get your answers? They are the creators of their own darkness. Why is it that all non-muslim countries have no issue with religion and are progressing and they are going down in repeated cycles of violence inspite of resources many times more than others.
The rise of Islamic militancy in India is a natural reaction to the hate campaign unleashed by BJP/RSS/VHP in 1990s. (Remember the murderous rath yatras, Babri Masjid demolition, anti-Muslim venom, targetting of helpless, innocent minorities, massacres and genocides unleashed on minorities with active connivance of the state, denial of fundamental rights and continued trampling of rights of minorities...?) Why on Earth did anyone assume that these horrendous crimes will not have any consequences?? There were reported terrorist camps in forests in south India today. I am quite certain that this malaise will grow in the coming months and years and the country (that includes Hindus, Muslims and others) will pay a heavy price.

I dont agree with you Bitter Truth. People have a right to avenge the injustices meted out to them (even if it means taking support from others), particularly when the State fails to deliver justice. Remember the story of Vibhishana betraying Ravana to join Rama's forces in the Ramayana? Vibhishana is not a traitor, but someone who chose Dharma (righteousness) over the worldly loyalties. He was hailed as a hero by Rama. The cause is important, not affiliations.

Investigations led by DSP S V DSouza revealed that the radicals were taking camping trips to the woods for "initial training as terrorists". During a raid, the officials noticed Pakistani flags flying and had them removed.

A local police officer said the three accused revealed that they had established base in Kalghatgi and were preparing for a jihadi strike. Ghouse and his accomplice Abu Bakar frequently visited Kalghatgi along with Asif, a MBBS student. Here they met about 20 young radicals who were being taught the use of small arms and double barrel guns.

I think the reported number of 20 radicals is only tip of iceberg. Thousands of youth joined the movement after the horrendous genocide of Muslims in Gujarat in 2002. We will see this showing up slowly in the coming days.
A Police Commissioner in India is appointed by a Politician. In US a Sherrif (Police Commissioner) is elected by the people of the city. In India even a Prime Minister is appointed by corrupt Tonia.. KALGHATGI (DHARWAD): Terrorist training camps may be closer to home than the distant mountains in Pakistan. This chilling evidence came to light during the interrogation of three Islamist radicals arrested recently %u2014 Riyazuddin Nasir alias Mohammed Ghouse, Asadullah Abu Bakar and Mohammed Asif.
The investigators have unearthed a thick forest area bordering Dharwad and Uttara Kannada districts of Karnataka, which was used to train terrorists in the use of firearms. The three youths arrested by anti-terror police in Hubli and Davanagere a fortnight ago allegedly received weapons training in these woods which are surrounded by religious shrines.
Sources said this could well be the first time that a terrorist camp used by self-proclaimed Islamist fundamentalists has been detected in southern India, where a spate of terror attacks in the last few years, such as the ones in Hyderabad's Mecca mosque and the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore, have sensitized police to Islamist terrorism. It exposes a serious chink in the country's intelligence armour but also opens the door to getting answers on why and how Bangalore engineer Kafeel Ahmed transformed into the Glasgow bomber and his brother, Dr Sabeel Ahmed, joined in the UK terror plot.

Islamist terrorists planned blasts in Goa
HYDERABAD: Islamist fundamentalists planned serial blasts on the Goa beaches, interrogation of Hyderabad resident Raziuddin Nasir has revealed.
The arrival in droves of foreign tourists, especially Israelis, seemed to have put the beaches on the cross-wires of Lashkar-e-Taiba and Harkat-ul-Jihadi-al-Islami operatives.
Motorcycles allegedly stolen by Nasir and Asaduddin Abubakar of Karnataka were meant to be used as bombs on a few select beaches.
Nasir, who is being grilled by intelligence agencies and the police departments of more than 12 States in Karnataka, has disclosed that the purpose of his visit to Goa immediately after the twin blasts in Hyderabad on August 25, was to identify beaches for organising serial blasts.
The 22-year-old engineering college drop-out, who had undergone training in a Pakistan-based HuJI cell, selected Goa, as it was attracting hundreds of tourists from Israel. Though Nasir had not yet disclosed how he planned to organise the blasts, his matter-of-fact confession that they were planned in four beach stretches stunned interrogators.

the policeman in India must watch the TV series made by FOX TV in USA, called "cops". they will at least come to know how much professionalism, devotion, selflessness and love for their society, country and job is needed to be a world class police force. also it will give an idea where we are and how much we have to achieve to see a really good and technically sound police force.
