Where is the controversy?
by Tathagata Mukherjee on Feb 01, 2008 01:00 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Sheel Bhatt, the Congress stooge, could NOT find a single controversy.

Rather, this well edited book shows how Mauture Advani;s views have been- even 30 years back.

ADVANI OVER NEXT FEW DECADES WILL PROVE TO BE MUCH MORE IMPORTANT LEADER THA EVEN NEHRU.

HE CHANGED DIRECTION OF NATIONAL POLITICS LIKE NOBODY.

Sounding the bugle for change

Shri L.K. Advani
at a meeting of NDA leaders and Chief Ministers
New Delhi %u2013 22 January 2008 said "UPA government has betrayed the aam aadmi, is responsible for unprecedented price rise drilling big holes in the meager family budgets of millions of ordinary Indians, has been insensitive to the plight of crores of kisans, has caused the widest ever rich-poor divide in India%u2019s history, provided protection and patronage to corruption and criminalization, and utterly failed in its duty to counter terrorism and naxalism, is not a government that the people of India would want again. And they would certainly not want the prolongation of a government headed nominally by a Prime Minister who commands no political authority and whose writ does not run even over his own cabinet, allies and supporting parties. Internal contradictions and weak leadership have been coded into the DNA of the UPA government since its inception. All the above-mentioned factors are together prompting the people of India to conclude that (a) the nation%u2019s vital interests and people%u2019s wellbeing are not safe in the hands of the UPA; and (b) the NDA, which had provided a stable, cohesive and result-oriented government under the able leadership of Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee between 1998-2004, is the only alternative.

you and your party are no better
by raj kumar on Feb 01, 2008 12:43 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Dear Advaniji !
You and your party are the real psedo-secularist(with the possible exception of Modi) along with other parties. You rode to power on the HINDUTHVA plank but when you came to power what did you all do. Like other parties you too compramised on the HINDUTHVA concept and started serving the chair rather than the nation. As and until you guys unite the HINDUS and provide the poor Hindus an opportunity to hold their head high like Bhagwan RAM did India is doomed. Remember this when the citizen of this country once again give you a chance. I agree we cannot throw out the millions of minorities to the sea but we can certainly make Hindu the national religion like the islamic countries have done to islam. Remember you have been put on this earth to serve the Lord and not enjoy power to hoodwick people.Visit the Parthasarathy temple in Chennai and ask LORD KRISHNA how you can once again usher in RAM RAJYA.

Politician with no real goals
by Nagarajan on Feb 01, 2008 12:43 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

If he is really concerned for Hindus, then he should voice his protest strongly against the government reservations based on religion. He should focus on improving education and social economic status of the poor Hindus. Christians and Muslims enjoy assisstance from Missionaries and Madrasas, adding to this Government gives reservation in education and jobs. But a poor Hindu is finding it difficult to survive in this only Hindu majority country.
Instead of addressing these real issues, he fools Hindus by making them emotional in building the Ram temple. Only economic strength will give the real power and not any temple.

Well said my friend. When Lord Ram visits the Ashram of Bhardwaj Muni, the Lord as where should I be. The Muni in turn asks the Lord. Lord tell me where you are not present ? So, Advaniji ! Don't bother building the Ram Temple. We know how well you did it when you had a chance. We humans are not so big to build a temple for the Lord. If he wants he will do it. You first ensure the Lord enturs your heart every thing else will fall in place.

Hate begets hate! You cannot expect hindus only to be tolerant. Every one has to work for that. The main reason for the intolerance is the jealousy of the Semitic Gods (The God of Christains said "thou shalt not have any other god" and for Muslims "there is no god, but Allah" First get rid of the religous dogmas and believe in the priciples of modern civil laws.

The religions and so-called holy books have outlived their utility.

Why don't you ask the Central govt to throw Dalai Lama also out of our country? One major reason for rift with China is his stay in our Country!

Also there are more than 100 Palestines in UN Sponsored Refugee Camps presently in Delhi (they fled their country due to persecution of another sect of their own religion). Let us throw them also out of our Country!!!!!!!!!!
