Folks, pre prepared for the worst which is yet to come. When the Kashmir blockade by the people of Jammu continues, even the police, military, paramilitary, judiciary will start deserting governance and national security because these forces at ground level are the pillars. These ground level staff will start feeling the pinch of short supplies of essential commodities soon which will lead to Law and Order problem and the consequence will be worse than during war time or natual calamities(during which at least the army and paramilitary has the support of local societies). There will be looting and shooting, gangrapes and murders, settlement of personal enemities and scores under the cover of agitating mobs. In short it is going to be mass suicide for the Kashmiris and political suicide for the Congressis.
I fully agree with the sentiments of the Hon.Supreme court; however am afraid that some extreme religious elements may take the supreme court for "belittling the immense of power of God who by definition and as per popular belief is Omni present, omniscient and omnipotent"! Does this imply that Supreme court is powerless to enforce the rule of Law in the case of erring governments and MPs, What sort of legal system we have got which only moans and does not protect the Indian public?
Going by Lallu's and Amar Singh's comparative statements about RSS and SIMI either the government or we the people of India should do the following immediately:Ban Communist Party Marxist of India for Singur related murders and forcontinuously encouraging Naxalite movement surreptiously; ban Congress Party for post Indira Gandhi assassination genocide of Sikhs;ban Congress for coloborating and colluding with anti-national PDP whose members are on pay roll of Pakistan; they are neither true to their mother country, India nor Islam. The silence of international human rights organizations on the issue of displaced Kashmiri Hindu refugees expose the hollow claims of these organizations to promote human rights; actually these are protecting and promoting the RIGHTS OF ANTI-NATIONAL ELEMENTS, TERRORISTS AND GOONS IN ALL COUNTRIES WHICH DO NOT TOE THE WESTERN COUNTRIES LINE. Ban RJD party for accommodating and supporting MPs in its fold who have been jailed on criminal offences and continue to run their empire with mobiles fro inside the prison; ban Muslim League which is communal. The cat is now out of the bag-Lallu and Amar are certifying SIMI as innocent which exposes how these two politicians were harboring and encouraging SIMI in their respective states(UP and Bihar) for causing trouble in other neighboring states except in Bihar and UP. Ban Samajwadi Party party too for this.Ban DMK and PMK for harboring and enouraging LTTE and its allies in TN.

Read times of India today see what Farooq abullah has set in all india meeting of parties. Please support the movemnt in jammu . Dont sleep , if this movement dies as Congress is trying to do, whole India and Hindus will weep in Future and then they will recognise the Importance of movement. You have earned lot of money atleast spent ome time for your people and Mother land
The manner, in which the entire Jammu populace has come to the streets and held the fort against state administration, makes it very clear that it is a peoples movement.
People of Jammu are not against Kashmiris or Muslims or Kashmiriyat, but against the politics of imperialism practiced by Muftis, Abdullahs and the ilk. The land transfer just gave an opportunity to them to come out and express the pent up anger..
DOES JAMMU want only the land transferred to the Shri Amarnath Shrine Board (SASB) and if this happens, will the matter settle down? Apparantly, this does not seem to be the case. The Amarnath land transfer is just a symptom of the malaise afflicting the bodypolitic of the state, with all the major stakeholders failing to satisfy the aspirations of Dogras, Kashmiris and Ladakhis, not to speak of the other ethnic and linguistic groups like Gujjars and Paharis. Right now, what Jammu wants is end to the Kashmiri imperialism, which has been perfected and practiced by the Kashmiri leadership foisted upon the state by union of India. People of Jammu want an end to the domination of Kashmiris in every sphere of their life. Be it politics, economy, society and culture, the writ of the Kashmir runs in the state and the centre. The land transfer just gave an opportunity to the people of Jammu to come out and express the pent up anger. However, the people of Jammu are not communal and majority of the people value secularism to the utmost level.

After 80% expect State run ethnic cleansing and genocide: Bangladesh -- Muslim 83% Egypt -- Muslim 90% Gaza - Muslim 98.7% Indonesia -- Muslim 86.1% Iran -- Muslim 98% Iraq -- Muslim 97% Jordan -- Muslim 92% Morocco -- Muslim 98.7% Pakistan -- Muslim 97% Palestine -- Muslim 99% Syria -- Muslim 90% Tajikistan -- Muslim 90% Turkey -- Muslim 99.8% United Arab Emirates -- Muslim 96%
100% will usher in the peace of 'Dar-es-Salaam' -- the Islamic House of Peace -- there's supposed to be peace because everybody is a Muslim:
Afghanistan -- Muslim 100% Saudi Arabia -- Muslim 100% Somalia -- Muslim 100% Yemen -- Muslim 99.9%
Of course, that's not the case.
Muslims then start killing each other for a variety of reasons. 'Before I was nine I had learned the basi canon of Arab life.
It was me against my brother; me and my brother against our father; my family against my cousins and the clan; the clan against the tribe; and the tribe against the world and all of us against the infidel. -- Leon Uris, 'The Haj'
It is good to remember that in many, many countries, such as France, the Muslim populations are centered around ghettos based on their ethnicity.. Muslims do not integrate into the community at large. Therefore, they exercise more power than their national average would indicate.
Adapted from Dr. Peter Hammond's book: "Slavery, Terrorism and Islam: The Historical Roots and Contemporary Threat.". (??)
People of Jammu are not against the Kashmiris or Muslims or Kashmiriyat, but they are dead against the politics of imperialism practiced by Muftis, Abdullahs and the ilk.
Barring few incidences that are regrettable, no violence has been perpetrated against our Muslim brothers in Jammu and Kashmir as well.
If Kashmiris can protest against the Indian yoke, the Jammu people have every right to do so. Similarly, the people of Jammu have every right to fight against the yoke put on them by few people and politicians across the Jawahar tunnel.
Jammu, mind you is not against Muslims and Kashmiris, it is against the ideology that upholds the supremacy of everything that is from Kashmir valley.
It is pertinent to mention that during the 14 years of emergency, it is Jammu and its people that have provided the buffer against separatist and anti-India ideology and consequent violence engulfing the state.
Not to be forgotten is the manner, in which Jammuites shared space with the Kashmiri Pandit brothers, who were forced to migrate from Kashmir Valley. Another question, which rises here is why were they forced to leave their land, home and hearths.
Instead of painting the agitation at Jammu as communal and led by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), some soul searching is needed to be done by the leaders of mainstream political parties in Kashmir, Jammu and India.
