Kashmiri muslims, be it Azad, Omar or Mehbooba are expert in use of 'DOUBLE SPEAK'. They say something in Srinagar and other thing in New Delhi. All of them have bought huge property by diverting tax payers money to their private funds. Properly investigated, their property may be located even in Mumbai, New Delhi and B'lore.
