Well I may ad here that the "public Premises Act" which was basically passed to evict retiring Government Employees who somehow refuse to vacate, is actually being invoked to evict perfectly legal tenants of even 50 years or more of Public Sector Units like Nationalised Banks, NTC etc for their corporate gains. The Act is attempted to be invoked even against those tenants who had tenancies of Private Sector Organisations which were subsequently nationalised .As regards the ex Govet Employees at high levels , it is seldomly being used.So much for the Government's deposition with the Supreme Court.

that is why they say now that GOD can't save this country and let judiciary save it
Are you not shame to claim 300 dwellings are under unautorised occupation? Do you want to occupy all 99100 govt houses by unathorised means? Shame india shame.
THE ENTIRE INDIAN JUDICIARY IS ABOVE THE LAW..NONE CAN QUESTION THEM FOR ANYTHING..NOR FOR THE WASTAGE OF PUBLIC TIME OR MONEY OR PROFIT..NO WHITE PAPER ON THEIR WORKING STYLE CAN EVER BE GOT..ITS CALLED CONTEMPT OF COURT..U COULD LAND IN JAIL IF U ASK ABOUT THEIR DUTY AND ACCOUNTABILITY TO THIS NATION..

SC is the place which protects all criminals... Read story of Ranganath mishra who became chief justice of india after destroying all evidence against congies regarding 1984 riots... They too are criminals. they r no different....

all judges are political appointees..each one is either affliated to this goonda or this goon..hardly u find an goon asking for justice..u find all ordinary indians seeking justice from these canibals...the indian judiciary drives u to goons for speedy justice...the goons are paying the indian judicial system a part of their loot..

India is banana republic as far as criminal justice system goes. SC has proven time and again that rich and powerful are above all laws...
Judges like Aggrawal & singhvi when sit on their chair think that they came down from heaven & uttering immature comments. They must control themselves before commenting on any issues. Their comment "God can't save this country" is a word used by immature persons. They must realize that they are not non-indian. Indians given them a chance to sit on their chairs. They must use matured words within limit when they comment on any issues.

If Rajinikanth or Amitabh Bachan, who have done nothing for this country, utter the same words in films then you Idiots portray them as Heroes. But, if Judges are pleading their helplessness in this idiotic democracy, then they are immature persons. The fault is not with the common man, but with idiotic, sarcastic people like you, who dont have a solution for anything but fish in troubled waters.

well said man! I am with u.. If court slams the Govt with hard words for not doing its duty, people think they are doing for publicity! If court itself cant point out Govt, who the hell is going to tell them?

Once you find yourself in such a helpless position you will also utter same words...when government amends the law to its benefit but not to end corruption in itself...also not sure whether you think that guys in parliament use MATURE WORDS !!

Useless Judge, If they say like that, why can't re resign, immediately?. These judges are becoming more like politicians wanting to take cheap publicity.

Judges like Aggrawal & singhvi are sitting on thousands of cases..they do not deliver any judgements at all on time...they at the max clear 1 file an month...while millions of cases are added each month..they clear only the ones where they rake millions of rupees..

hello all well in one way the judges are helpless (may be an excuse or for million of rupees) as if they act strictly then they have to be ready for the consequences. If today govt. say one child per family like china. do we accept that ? our sure shot anwser NO so what govt can do. like that nothing can be done by judges in this case except these type of statements. Even govt try to implement good projects the opposition will object that and vice versa so what else one can do Need a break from this hypocrisy and dont know when it can be but obviously we all know what is the solution

Its really irritating to read abt the judges comments... what they think of themselves, lone saviours of india..
How true !!!! but this reflects a helpnessness state of affair Sc is Sc and it must be SC only.Probably the reason is courts are there to follow the rule set by parliaments sc does not prepares rules of its own . let the God take care of the proceedings. I think one can easily say BAHUT DER KI MEHARBAN AATE AATE or people knew it long ago it is the sc that observed it so late
It is utter disbelief to any body that this country is run by a group of people who are capable of making law for not so powerful common citizen of India but those laws and provision in law are not meant for the powerful politician, burocrats and there henchman. They are using the government machinery and agencies for their own benefit. Recent incident of parliament is a burning example of this. After all we have biggest democracy in the world. Whole world is taking lesion every day proceeding of our parliament. You don’t know we are “Vishwa Guru”.

This same judge, who passed this comment, will tomorrow sit in a house given by govt and refuse to leave. God.these bureaucrats are more worse than politicians ..believe me..

yes ..rightly said swaminathan..
bureaucrats and politicians are pucca anti-nationals to the core..each feeds the other..both compliment each other..both are necessarry evils..both are representing our own society..infact our very own..
JTR, when you say elect the right candidates, what do you mean? The dilemma is that everyone who gets elected is either already a crook or becomes one once he gets into power. Happy voting!
had judiciary done speedy justice , fast track courts etc etc.....had there been speedy trials and convictions ...the sad day would have not come .....actually all district judges , high court judges and further are pre dominantly selected not on the basis of merits but at the behest of politicians and in turn they use judiciary..this is all nexus......all hands in gloves...
