Now a days media has became very powerfull to reach the people,Smply surveying the chances for the candidate is make favour for one. Once the media has take the survey " why to vote for the candidate and why not " means automatically there is some chance for court not to produce such statements or judiciary

SC is the place which protects all criminals... Read story of Ranganath mishra who became chief justice of india after destroying all evidence against congies regarding 1984 riots... They too are criminals. they r no different....
its good SC is moving in right direction.. i hope now there is chance of changing this country now.. throw away congress, SP, BSP, etc. new mind is needed in this country... i think people also need to wake up and voice against unethical move by govt.. these days media is very strong so that is one positive thing with people...
How can they pass such strictures against our sacred leaders?
Is it a crime to go to Jail and send one's wife to rule and later come and occupy higher position?
Is it such a crime to give protection in a Ministerial Bungalow to an absconder who is a declared criminal and also charged with sedition?
Did he not come from jail to save the Govt.?
Is it such a crime to accept bribe to save the Govt.even if it was proved later of having taken the bribe as taking the bribe was not a crime since it involved one's duty as a member of the Parliament?
Media?
Are they not doing their main duty of saving the country from "Hindu Terrorists and Communalists"?
No, No, GOD will save the country within the next 5yrs since we have such young and dynamic leader ready!
The government is really great. All does it care is about it's majority in LOKSABHA. The people of the country are the last priority of the government. Until and unless their seat is not in danger they will not bother themselves with the welfare of the people of the country.
The Hon'ble judges are right in telling the truth whether you like it not.Just feel the views do not take its literal meaning.Some of religious fanatics would think that God is being wrongly referred,It may be true but just consider that it is about the all almighty, unfortunately who is physically not available to see the plight of law and the condition of State machinary.May some of big powers that be do read the views expressed.
as supreme court has reacted to the BLUNT reply of additional solicitor and now since the reaction is public, government MUST come out with satisfactoty explanation as to WHY IT FELT NOT TO AMEND SQATTERS FOR GOVERNMENT ACCOMODATION IN THE COUNTRY? are they more professionally qualified than supreme court judges to disrespect and misuse the law when in power. I expect congress goverment MUST not spoil its image by such DADAGIRI statements and show to the people of this country by LEADING FROM THE FRONT AND THEMSELVES BEING AN EXAMPLE.

UPA is full of gutless,corrupt and pseudosecular politicians.These dirty politicians are bent upon breaking this country.They are not taking stern action against the enemies of our country because of their votebank politics.India has become heaven for antisocials,terrorists,criminals,muslim fanatics and traitors and therefore the people like Afzal Guru are enjoying their life.Such traitors would have been killed on the spot in other countries.This Govt is surving with tainted votes and manupilation.The pseudosecular antihindu English media is supporting UPA Govt.The common man (read it as 'Hindu')has no saviour left.MERA DESH MAHAN!

If the judge of apex court feels this way, it is not only his helplessness but a wake up call for the country. If the judge of apex court is helpless, then what would be the fate of common man?
