This comment from SC is shocking. This exposes the fact that law makers, specifically all party MPs in Lok Sabha and Rajya Saba are out there to loot the country for ever. If SC cannot deliver justice in so many cases their hands are tied for the personal gains of such looters!!! But there is one power in India, THATS PEOPLES' POWER!!!! No one can stop it. remember Iran when Shah of Iran who was a dictator was thrown out. We are almost a billion and no Govt can face a billion. Unless we stand up and fight no Govt will listen. there are after all half a million crooks for the Govt. We must fight and teach MPS a very very strong lesson-Bala, Toronto
NO DOUBT THAT POLITICIANS ARE MISBEHAVING, RUTHLESS, ARROGANT. THEY DONT COME TO POWER AS DEFAULT. WE HAVE ALL THE RIGHTS TO THROW THEM IN TO THE STREETS AND WE ARE NOT READY TO THINK AND VOTE. THOSE WHO THINK THEY DONT GO TO POLLING BOOTHS. THOSE WHO VOTE, THEY DONT THINK AND VOTE. IT IS A SHAME THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE BASIC AMENITIES, EDUCATION, MEDICAL FACILITIES TO ALL. Some individuals can do the best they can, but unless the mass starts taking the responsibility, things can't change in a democracy. The minimum that folks who are unhappy need to do is to vent out their thoughts, be it through internet or other forums. If they don't even do that, is would get worse and will have no hope.
God save us from these ruthless selfish corrupt politicians, snail paced Judiciary which indirectly helps corruption and senseless corrupt bureaucracy. It is a good sign that some among Supreme Court Judges had to remember God in frustration and accept, that such setups lead SC Judges to frustration, not to speak of a common man. Similarly snail paced disposal of cases in judiciary due to the unconcerned or/and, of course partial attitude of judges,lead common people to forget and give in his right.
The term has created by us, because the system has failed to redress our grievance. First of all we have no faith on the system of Executive & Judiciary, faith on the Judiciary System which redress the people grievance and soothes us. The system should be rectified from the base level and it is the prime responsibility of ours to be aware of all the good/ bad happenings, different plans/ projects, various Govt. & Private activities, welfare activities and so on. The base level Primary Education to be enhanced and should be promptly active. The people should fight for themselves, asked for the information and to protect the F.R./ DPSP, so as to give their best efforts for upliftmant of our country.
IF SUPREME COURT JUDGES SAID THIS, WE CAN UNDERSTAND, HOW INDIA HAS BEEN CONVERTED INTO THE PERSONAL PROPERTY OF LEADERS/MINISTERS. OF COURSE, BY THE CONGRESS OVER 60 YRS, SYSTEMICALLY. IF ONLY MLAs & MPs ARE FORCED TO STAY & WORK IN THEIR CONSTITUENCIES, FOR AT LEAST 25 DAYS IN A MONTH (SINCE THEY DRAW GOVT SALARY & HENCE HAVE TO STAY IN THEIR OFFICE & WHOLE COUNTRY IS NOT THEIR OFFICE) THEY SHOULD NOT BE GIVEN BUNGALOWS AT ALL, PARTICULARLY IN DELHI & STATE CAPITALS. FURTHER, ONCE ELECTED OR MUCH BETTER IF EVER CONTEST, THEIR CHILDREN SHOULD GO TO SCHOOLS/COLLEGES ONLY IN THEIR CONSTITUENCIES, MEDICAL TREATMENT FOR SELF & FAMILY ONLY IN THEIR CONSTITUENCY, NEVER GIVEN GOVT VEHICLES EXCEPT PUBLIC TRANSPORT, CERTAINLY THIS COUNTRY WILL DEVELOP FAR BEYOND THE MOST ADVANCED COUNTRY. BUT UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE RULED BY THESE SAME CRIMINALS IN THE GARB OF MINISTERS WHO FLEECE INDIAN COMMON MAN TO THE LAST DROP OF BLOOD. BUT SUPREME COURT JUDGES SHOULD ALSO NOTE THAT THEIR SUBORDINATE COURTS ALSO TAKE LAW/JUDGEMENT INTO THEIR HANDS, AS IF COURTS ARE THEIR PERSONAL PROPERTY, HOW CAN SC CHANGE MINISTERS WHO ARE BORN, WELL TRAINED & PROFESSIONAL CRIMINALS WHO CAN NEVER BE CAUGHT BY THE LAW. IF SC WANTS TO SEE WHATS HAPPENING, THEY MAY VERIFY FROM THE COURTS IN HYDERABAD, HOW JUDGES ARE PASSING JUDGEMENTS. EVEN IF THEY ARE REPRIMANDED LATER, THE AGGRIEVED IS TOTALLY SHATTERED BY THEN. I CAN GIVE DETAILS IF SC JUDGES WANT TO SET RIGHT THEIR HOUSE FIRST. YES. GOD CAN NOT SAVE INDIA.
Let judges undersatand they r not from the heaven and they r the only saviours on the earth to direct and correct us... the sattement made by the judge is too far and they need to measure their words too...

You measure your words first.Do you mean to say that a judge cannot express his frustration at the perceived uncooperative attitude of the administration?In what way can you save the country from the rot, please tell me.
Indians never talk of the present.They worship the past, which never returns or they live in day dreaming of the future, doing nothing but serving the priests with 'pakwan' and offer sweet to the stone idols.They are afraid of the present as they do not find answers of the day to day problems in the books of thousands year old books.
I am waiting for" KALKI " the 10th Avatar of Lord Vishnu to save this country which is on the doorsteps of self inflicting destruction.Now that SC is Convinced that even No God can save this country,Lord Vishnu may also have a second thought now.
