Who elected them (the criminals), the public and not the Government. Why blame the government. In next election public should not elect them. That would solve the probem and satisfy the judges too.

SC comments on the centre
by Sethu Raman on Aug 05, 2008 06:57 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Do you think the stinging comments of the learned judges would have any effect on our thickskinned politicians? The parliament and the government have become a league of rogues, robbers, murderers and criminals. They have no patriotic spirit, but then why blame them - WE the public selected them to the office and we have to bear this insult in patience.... as the judges rightly said only God can save this country, but if God visits India and see for himself the state of affairs he will make a run for his own abode without looking back

Infact even God is so scared of our politicians that he does not want them to die & come to heavens to give Him sleepless nights. Hence most of our politicians (read Jyoti Basu, Atal Behari Vajpayee, Arjun Singh, Sharad Pawar, Mulayam Yadav, Laloo Yadav, P.V.Narsimharao, Harkishan Surjeet, etc.)die old at age of 90 after they have rotten to the end, so that they donot trouble him up there.

This is not funny and be made joke. It is the Babudom that cannot function and perform their jobs because of the government leadership. Isn't this an age old question that MPs/Ministers et al who are not serving still occupy government quarters. If there is a will there is a way, but eviction can only occur if goondagiri occurs and all these tresspassers are forcibly evicted.

speaks out the truth and reality. everyone keep hugging their churches, temples and mosques, go out on the streets and fight, keep electing and feeding these joker scumbags. Just keep it up and we are on our path to glory. child labor, public defecation and urination, torturing people based on caste, molesting tourists, raping minors by our esteemed MLAs and MPs and what not. All we have time for is trying to build more churches, conversion, talking about ram setu non-sense and boasting about the greatness of islam or the absence there of. I guess these justices got it spot on.

Yeh to kitni purani baat hai. :) Waise if they can change themselves, we don't need to call gods. Things will drastically improve, if just judiciary changes.

judiciary introspection
by S Ghosh on Aug 05, 2008 06:55 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

1st SC should cleanse its own system. If its system is clean, ppl will respect them.

A search for GPF account scam will give us the credibility of judges. The surprising factor is indian judiciary is dominated by upper caste hindus. Now who is going to bell the cat?

In this PF scam about 23 judges, comprising High Court and Supreme Court judges are involved.

1st the judiciary shd clean its internal shit and then expect good things from outside.

Ridiculous. Do you have any proof that other caste judges are superior? In any case the current chief justice KG Balakrishnan belongs to Scheduled caste! This has become a simple past time for those who are opposed to certain sections of the community - "upper caste hindus" - Even if we accept your argument that judiciary is not completely clean, why should we not accept their verdict on evicting illegal occuppants of Government accommodation? I do not think that we can expect perfection in any place - we can keep trying to achieve perfection. By the way Mr S Ghosh do you think that you are perfect in any one area of your life?

I wrote this because the "honourable" court is using big big words like gods can't. My point is they shd immediately react and clean its system, because they know the system is in utter s-h-i-t. That will give them more credibility than ranting

Ghosh - you seem to clearly belong to that group who doenst know what he talks. Our Chief Justice, for your kind information, belongs to the SC / ST category - and for once, he came up the ranks absolutely due to his capabilities and not opportunism.
