Yes, in this country,religions all fighting for place for their own Gods ( Babri Majid,Sethu Bridge ..and many list goes on..). When there is no place god them self, where is the place for people ?

1st SC should cleanse its own system. If its system is clean, ppl will respect them.
A search for GPF account scam will give us the credibility of judges. The surprising factor is indian judiciary is dominated by upper caste hindus. Now who is going to bell the cat?
In this PF scam about 23 judges, comprising High Court and Supreme Court judges are involved.
1st the judiciary shd clean its internal shit and then expect good things from outside.
Now don't advise me to treat my child with reservation doctors, because i know even in AIIMS (dominated by upper caste doctors) many die EVERYDAY. You know people DIE.
Who can believe this figure????? I strongly believe that this figure is of those honest Government servants who must have vacated their official dwellings at the time of retirement or after the government changed.
Sinners live longer. Not only judges but all of this world can't change them. And some of the ministers from this great Nation building government UPA say that theirs if the Golden rule. It is sheer bull shit. Our Politicians are like beasts. They simply dont bother about anything. The Common man dies in every bomb blast. Not these Politicians. These stupid terrorists too don't have brains. They should kill those responsible for the Hindu-Muslim divide and not the common citizens. Other than unauthorized occupying of official assets, our politicians are also putting at stake the development of our country. All the odd old scoundrels must give way for young politicians with good morals and ehtics. The Youth must revolt against these stupids.
I guess its time to change the constitution. The constitution had given enormous powers to the elected representatives assuming that these chaps will be honest and sincere to the society. They did not realise that some jokers will be occupying those honorable places. Its important that some honest people take up the onus and get the consitution changed so that more powers are given to the educated people like judiciary etc. As regards this country, it has already gone to dogs...Amar Singh being one of them...lets wait for the worst to happen now.

Your comments are quite appreciable. At least Dr. Manmohan Singh is highly educated we can accept as Prime Minister. Think if, people like Advani become Prime Minister, what he can handle, he had flopped as Home Minister. Only God can save this country.
This country is heaven for the rogues, robbers, murderers and criminals and illitrates who votes for these criminals.Others must think to leave for better place.

I am not sure about the powers the Supreme Court possesses or can dictate to the Central Govt. Do they have to beg the Central / State Govt's to carry out their orders / rulings ? Recently they have given a deadline to reply to their notice to Two Tamil Nadu bigshots for calling a TN bandh (onRamsetu matter) despite their stay on it. If the TN persons do not oblige, then what do they do ? Regarding the persons illegally occupying Govt. accommodation I am sure about one thing, they all must be having political and bureaucratic support behind them. I suggest, as an alternate, the water and power supply to all those Bungalows be cut immediately, the concerned authorities failing to do their duties as per law (rule book) against the offenders should also be held responsible and taken to task. Also a heavy fine proportionate to their illegal stay should be imposed on the offenders or their belongings and Bank Account sealed. They should understand that they are enjoying on Public money and majority of Indian public lives below poverty line.

Overall, the judiciary in India is not all that bad. It is something that we need to be proud of. One bad apple does not spoil everything
