I don't support any politician either... Ever Read story of Ranganath mishra who became chief justice of india after destroying all evidence against congies regarding 1984 riots... They too are criminals. they r no different.... Keep sweeping...

Who is going to do that job? People like us will just comment on every one, none of us go & do the cleaning. I dont know if all judges are clean or not? At least we have to support them when they are giving judgements in favor of public. If we just want critisize, there will be an oppartunity in every good thing also.

Idiot. Swaminathan when your children or family die in a bomb blast, you will run to the same police or courts for justice. That time will come and u idiot will know who will cry. Just because of one or two instances do not deride the power of courts.

1 or 2 instances have now snow balled.
A search for GPF account scam will give us the credibility of judges. The surprising factor is indian judiciary is dominated by upper caste hindus. Now who is going to bell the cat?
In this PF scam about 23 judges, comprising High Court and Supreme Court judges are involved.
1st the judiciary shd clean its internal shit and then expect good things from outside.
Now someone don't advise me to treat my child with reservation doctors, because i know even in AIIMS (dominated by upper caste doctors) many die EVERYDAY. You know people DIE.

SC is no different. The same judges serve their masters to get promotions... SC is the place which protects all criminals... This is abuse of court...U may be convicted on such statements as its a disgrace to one the temples of modern indian state

the point is system, i relocate to a new city i cannot vote as i have to re-register the whole process, tell me how does it help
So truly said but who is responsible for this chaos we ourself.Like idiots we fall for these politicians.Every five years we stand in a queue and like dumb heads do the same mistake of electing them.If somebody is dirtying the streets we turn to otherside,if somebody is doing crime we turn and say chalta hai.This chalta hai attitude is not going to take us anywhere.We support corrupt officals by giving them bribe rather then fighting against it.While filling up admission forms we fill up columns like hindus or muslims why is it not enough that we write indian!Actually we indians have short memory and we forgot things fast.Its very necessary that military eductaion shd be made compulsory for all and unless and until we spend one year of our life in military no one shd be issued a ration card,passport and other state benefits.We are taking our freedom for granted and nobody loves the country.Its high time we wakeup and stop falling in the trap laid down by politicians who divide us on basis of caste colour relegion....

you tell me which politician and party is good. You will vote for Congress..because they protect minority interest. The other guy, will vote for BJP,because it screws up the terrorists,who belong to that religion. Where is the end man ?

These politicians are scum bags, making our country weak day by day. I would really want to change this. PLease vote for the right candidate.They change the government, whenever they want. I just get so annoyed on them.These politicians divide us by caste systems and many more things. We are indians, not muslims, not christians hindu's sikh. Let's think about it, guys. Specially UP and Bihar are the hub of criminals turned into politicians.

A poor clerk writes noting according to money he receives. Thereafter, no superior authority bothers to check the content, as he himself is induldged in some more lucarative dealing. This way the notings written by a clerk becomes RULE/ MIS-RULE'. it is so simple but so pathetic.

Supreme court also had clerks. So the Judges are going by clerk saying ? What a stupid observation by SC ? It is not the clerk,who decides, it is the officer,who write recommendation. It seems Judges has gone out of mind.

I think present raj is clerk raj. The noting put by a LDC decide the fate of citizen of this country. The battery of secretaries intervene only when they have some vested interest in some body.
Court should talk only basing on the facts mentioned in the material papers before it and not to encroach in other matters and comment as if they are the only saviours of the country. Many a times court has verdicted against the people of India particularly against the toiling masses on the issue of right to strike.
