Half the times the parents does not even know where their kids are!! they jsut spread problem in and around come back as innocent and the Indian Media craving for idiotic stuff just show some crying faces....this is the truth....
So if one claims that their kid is innocent the 99 out of 100 they are worng. The the Crap written in constitution is no more require when thes eidiot are bombing everywhere...
Can some one from this Mujahidin stuff comes out and say what they want by bombing?? if they are so sure why do not they fight in open??
This article is not conclusive. This guys son seems to be into trouble all the time. This article only highlights they are poor. It doesn't highlight anything about the kid being not guilty.
Indian Government should form a new autonomous body agency like Election commission to investigate all the cases of terrorism. 90% of arrests are fake as these so called police wala can not find real culprits.

nice idea shamila, really it will work . this is Wat our Indian police do when no one get they get people from market and paste crime on him. we want some change till how along we all keep listen we have to use RTI so our voice go to higher authority and they show ways for this all problem.

do u really think that EC is completely autonomous. Every agency inside the Indian beaurocratic circle falls under the puview of the gov. and is answerable to the Cabinet except of course the RAW.

Tell me one autonomous body which functions independly without any political influence??????? not one......we are caught in a very tight vicious circle of system controlled by crooked politicians and we are doomed as a country.
The motto of our police seems to be that "If you cant catch the criminal, the person caught if the criminal". And once you enter into the police books, you are picked up all the times. Unfortunately our society seems to have firgotten that the basic human law is "innocent until proven guilty". Now it is "Guilty unless proven innocent".
Tamil Nadu police is worthless crap like every other police in the country. But then policemen are from our community and it just shows the quality of us Indians.

Dude, just becoz u r arrested doesnt mean ur a convict, until proved and convicted in court. I know of instances where police just arrest ppl on suspicision, or vendetta or for any reason that they didnt like. Sometimes they dont even file FIRs, they just keep u in station for a day or two to harrass. I am not saying this person is guilty or not, but how can u and me judge sitting in front of comp on rediff. So watch ur words before you make a judgement. If you cant do this being educated, how can an illiterate behave and ostracize ppl for just getting into a polic station.
I guess one of the reasons young muslims seek revenge is for these kind of reasons. I have seen not only muslims innocent young school going kids turning into anti social elements because of the attrocities of the police.
Let me tell you Indian police (i can speak of bangalore) are 75% nonsense and 25% sense only if the orders are for big cases from big wigs. One of the reasons why our police have such low human intelligence, because they are not popular among the lower strata of society

he was arrested thrice in a year and still his father is telling he is innotient.. its true that father and son relation is emotional and they talk like this is not wrong...
but still a person who repeatedly gone to the jail 3 times in a year.. how we can trust that he is innotient

The GUY with Good record of THREE times in jail in a single year means he has been a trouble shooter for quite long. Can't say whether he is Guilty or innocent but his Past records don't make me feel dat he is not a Culprit. i think even till not proven , its better to judge him as Culprit only. His past record and community , both say HE MUST HAVE TAKEN PART IN CONSPIRACY TO BOMB METRO CHENNAI.

IF u see like that, than what hindu community, which is worlds most poorest religion on the earth, the womens in this community are involved in the prostitution business, and more over india has very poor record in the world for human rights, according to the latest report,india ranks top in various crimes and majority of crimes are done by hindus.
The Police system is reduculous in our great country, yes GREAT COUNTRY which is world's lagest democracy yet the most corrupt leadership run this GREAT COUNTRY with great vote calculations.....Nobody care about system, it is rotten over the past five or six decades...eveyone wants to prove to innocent public that they had done their job, and claims to be very much responsible in their work. Same thing Police of this country do....if Police able to arrest real culprits then at least the Ahmadabad explosions can be avoided or minimized, but its the police again who did the paper work very efficiently.....like elsewhere scrapegoat is being poor man and they claims they got the culprit and results proven on the papers.....PATHETIC IS POLICE SYSTEM in this GREAT COUNTRY,,,but still Every Indian including ME IS VERY MUCH PROUD TO BE AN INDIAN ,,...no matters what is happening around

If the arrested person is a scrapegoat he must be freed and moreover arresting such people who are poor and don't have money even for square meal is not a solution to this problem, unless we reach the real culprits such arrests are a black mark not only on our system but on entire humanity
