Free oil? From when they started this free oil supply? As far as I know only US/other arab nations get some consession.Certainly not India.

We can do prehaps do nothing to those Jehadis already indoctrinated and anxious to get their 72 or whatever numbers of virgins in heaven.
What can do is to prevent more falling into fantacism. This means we should mainstream Muslims. We should reform Madaras so that they do not provide grounds for terrorism. We should socio-economic uplift them. etc
These are long term solutions. Short cuts like Modi used have not worked
