Someone pointed out in the posts below that Muslims are more free in India then even in Islamic countries. YES!! I AGREE. I am a muslim and I want to say that all the people who are conspiring against the country's harmony & development must be shot at sight. I feel that muslims should come out and strongly oppose the mullas and maulanas who have controlled them like heads of sheep and made them suffer. India is the BEST country in the world and I for one will not spare anyone if involved in anti-national activites, be it of any religion. I pray to all, especially muslims, that they be aware of the evil designs of Pakis (ISI) & Bangladeshis and not get into their trap because they are looking to destroy our nation. Pleae sort out your problems, if any, within the family i.e. India. Hindus, Sikhs, jains, Buddhists and Christians are all here and we are such a wonderful example of diversity in the world. Please don't destroy this. Whatever said and done, we are all humans first. It is against humanity also to kill innocents. I cried watching so many people dying and injured in the blasts. I cannot express my anger in words but if I come across any such anti-national, I shall take drastic measures. My request to all muslims is - if you find anyone in the locality acting suspiciously, inform the police. By doing this, you shall be gifting a beautiful nation for your children and future generations. Please God, Bless India!!

The unexploded bombs raised eyebrows. Why? What is the probability of 21 bombs out of 21 bombs not exploding? Next to nothing. Paricularly when terrorists were successfully in their blasting in Bangalore & Ahmedabad. Besides if Gujarat Police were so efficient, then they should have prevented or minimise the impact of the Ahmedabad blast
If the rumor mill is to be believed, Modi was done in by his own rivals in the BJP who was concerned of Modi's iconic status.
Modi has troubled relationship with the VHP and RSS within the state. It is believed that it was these cadres that were set loose in Gujarat. Privately, many second rung leaders in the BJP are rejoicing on Modi's fall.

People in India doesn't understand, what I say a simplest format drawn by pakistan to de-stabilize the country, internally some shit holes who are hired by pakistan for crore of rupess and these dirty games are played, so that Indian fights and burn themselves, pakistan knows no need for war if Indians can fight and make destruction themselves by killing each other side by side, at this stage indian govt have two simple options attack pakistan indirectly,targetting terrorist camps like USA did in other terrorist prone countries, if India wants to be major player in Asia we must stregthen defence system and use it at will no need to take approvals for it, our security is at stake and we need to take stern action, thats it, the second option is to introduce a strict law where in male family members of the terrorist could also face a trial in court for nurturing a terrorist, they would be subject to heavy financial penalty or face jail or entire family would be handed a exile from the country.

The problem is more deeper. Advisory warnings are not acted upon by state governments.
In Karnataka the Police came across evidence of a blast in Channapatna - 50 kms from Bangalore, a day earlier and recovered a car full of explosives. The State government did nothing. This despite a central government advisory to be on high alert - 3 days before the blast.
The Centre gave a similiar advisory warning to Gujarat days before the blast. Despite Bangalore blast, the State government did nothing. The Gujarat government instead commenting on the Bangalore blast boasted on TV that such terror strikes would not hit Gujarat.
Instead of mainstreaming disgruntled sections of society - Naxalites, Muslims etc, the BJP and Hindutva followers isolate them further. As long as this happens, POTA or even a stronger law will not help.

The cost to make one bomb as used in Bangalore and Ahmedabad only around Rs 200.
To catch a terrorist - Rs 1 crore. To prevent attacks as seen in Ahmedabad - at least Rs 1000 crore.
Explolate this for whole of India, then we can an idea what a colosal sum, security costs.
This is an assymetrical warfare. No law, no conventional warfare will work. Terrorists are fanatics prepared to die. It makes no difference for them to die at the gallows or as a suicide bomber. Both ways they become "martyrs". For every "martyr" 10 new terrorist take their place.
The only sustainable option is to provide an incentive that lowers fantasim - not fan the conditions that create more numbers of terrorists
