The Delhi High Court has told the Centre it has to produce fresh evidence of the Students' Islamic Movement of India's (SIMI) link to "bomb blasts, riots and destructive activities" to extend its ban. A tribunal, constituted under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Tribunal, is hearing an appeal filed by SIMI against a February 2008 home ministry notification declaring it an unlawful body involved in activities threatening the country's security. Tribunal presiding officer Justice Gital Mittal has asked the Centre why specific reasons or activities were not set out in the latest notification.-Hindustan Times

Now it will be Dharamsankat for so called secular UPA to say that SIMI is antinational organisation becoz Mulayam is strongest person in UPA and he supports SIMI.GOD SAVE INDIA.
The things will go on like this, 1. Police arrest him 2. He confesses the crime 3. He will be kept in remand 4. Life Imprisonment after hearing him for 20 years 5. Enjoys life in the jail and comes out of jail after president of india Pardons him 6. Again starts terrorism with new techniques and new Team

Bhagvad Gita Chapter 2 verse 31-33
31. “Considering your specific duty as a Kshatriya, you should know that there is no better engagement for you than fighting on religious principles, so there is no need for hesitation.”
32. “O Partha, happy are the Kshatriya to whom such fighting opportunities come unsought, opening for them the door of the heavenly planets”.
33. “If however, you do not fight this religious war, then you will certainly incur sin, for neglecting your duties, and thus loose your reputation as a fighter”.
