Those who are dragging issues like infrastructure etc, should know, Delhi has been ranken No 1 city recently by Ernst and young, who ranked all major indian cities on 57 criterias including infrastructure, quality of life, prosperity etc.....Mumbai was a distant second....and on industrialization/commercial front NCR is giving Mumbai a run for it's money, and will soon take it over
Another Thing...all "mainstream" news channels in india eg CNN-IBN, times Now, NDTV, Star,aaj tak etc are all "DElHI'S LOCAL NEWS CHANNELS"...all of the English/Hindi news channels of india are based in Delhi and highlight each and every crime in national mainstream news
whereas Mumbai is Underworld and Bhai capital of entire subcontinent
Second thing, Southies, marathis, oriyas, biharis who come to Delhi, become crazy after seeing delhi girls...and commit such crimes.....EVERYBODY KNOW HOW GIRLS LOOK LIKE IN THOSE PARTS OF INDIA..lol

we are abusing politics on ythis issue also, as they are asking to rape, its a social problem, i guess we love to blame politicians for everything, how bjp or congress change these animals, its we peoples who are responsible, we are getting animals now
to reduce count of rape cases, the girl shd b punished severely who filed false rape case to terrorise men.. or to extort money or to take revenge or by jealousy..
then women will stop filing false rape cases and rape count will b the actual count of rape..
also, defination of rape in laws is completely wrong. for e.g., if u have s*x with ur gf and then u later deny to marry her.. then as per indian laws its called rape?? new law; if u go to brothels (might b to repair a bulb as u r an electrician) and the girl is below 18 then it will come under rape??? in india, only 27% rape cases filed are true rest are false.. these are false cases to terrorise men or to extort money frm him or to take revenge in failing to get him... rape cases r highly mis-used.. few days back only an innocent 19 yr old boy sent to jail for rape case. later girl deny it.. such a sham eless act by girl..

Delhiwalas voted out BJP when onion prices soured and brought in congress. What will they decide now about the present government? Do they accept the crimes being perpetuated on innocent people where people move and live in fear? Or they will show their silent power through ballot? The only way to stop this henious crime is to enforce capital punishment to the perpetuator and rape case should be tried by a seperate court set up by the HC for speedy redressal and disposal. Potrayal of this crime in almost all films in india gives confidence even to young mind to indulge in this grave act without knowing the consequences and agony of the victim. There should be a national debate on this crime to decide and enforce capital punishment for this crime.
In Mumbai by paying around 200 to 300 rupees people get the entertainment required which reduces the apetite of a man there by reducing the crime against women. Dance bar girl also will be happy with that money as she can feed her dependants.
social stigma attached to rape victims helps the culprit who treat this type of activities to demoralise the young generation who might be trapped by these dirty demons to harrass not only females but males too to blackmail/terrorise/politicise/exploit those who are innocent enough as a scholar even to understand that these people are having a high status connections with terrorist group or even international agencies to make the country get misdirected towards disasters if the victims are highly placed scholars who have will power to reach Gods to teach lessons to these corrupt people who live in high societies and identify themsalves as kings who have right to play with lives emotions families relations etc while our highest officials would simply try to avoid these incidents and laugh at the condition of victims sitting in offices showing their inability to deal with them strong handedly while media would simply discuss such cases and avoid the real objective of developement which gets blocked by forces of darkness by misdirecting scholarly persuits in debate discussions while whole world simply progresses at the cost of such victims who have to gather enough strenth to highlight these incidents at the heart of capital which is more of a fashion and a entertainment for girls and boys as well being ultramodern advance westernised and a culture supports them to an extent where such victims have no option but to continue esuffering it at psycholigical levels and their fa
There is a proverb: 'Wise can learn from others mistakes - Fools did'nt from their own'. We are able to see the change in moral standards from all over the world, more particularly west due to explicit sex (Stripping of cloths, Blowing-up Cleavages, Drowning in liquors there by earasing the line separating man from beast). I feel, it is high time to wake up by our power holding politicians. They must think to give back some thing to this mother land before they leave this world. It is true that we have been habituated to live under slavery due to numerous invasions by muslim rulers, Afghans and lastly the great British, because of which we always emulate other societies/cultures rather than sticking to our own. This mother India has given birth to great souls/saints including Vedas. Like, chaos without a traffic police at a road junction, we must frame specific moral values/ standards to follow (particularly films whose sole purpose is for minting money, stripping/ item numbers by the so called celebrities again for earning few lack bucks). No game (including life) could be livable/ enjoyable without some boundaries/lines (Ofcourse this is not applicable to liquior drowned persons, non-vegetarians). Any takers???
