Lowest rape rate not because of the fear of law, its bcoz each guy lawfully enjois with atleast 4 women..Why will he rape thn?

Good idea, the culprit will always be the lady and a mullah will order gang rape of her again so that no lady dares to come out with any complaint. If there's no formal complaint u can always proclaim Islamic law has done wonders. Hmmm....should be seriously thought by the rulers.

Most of the commentators are support rapists and criminals. this is the reason our society demoralise day by day.
The entire North India needs social reforms first. The people in the North India are still uncultured,rowdy and have no respect for females. The majority of the female infanticide in India is carried out in North India. A North Indian guy,howsoever educated he is,on whichever top post in any organization he is,still show his backward nature towards the female. For these north Indians females are just a sex doll. I just wonder whether they would be respecting their own Mother & Sister or .........

There are other much more crowded metropolis in India. Why does Delhi have such high rape cases compared to other Indian metropolis.
This has got a lot to do with the culture of the people staying in Delhi. This calls for some introspection amongs the Delhites. Ask yourselves the question, why are these shameful crimes happening in Delhi in such large numbers, much larger than any other city in India?

this is bcoz delhi is the natinal capital and every small thing happening there become news...moreover i guess the population os delhi is high compared to other cities ... so proportionately any statistical figure will also be more

Its wrong to club the entire north indians as rapists..If u have been closely following news rape cases have also been reported in GOA,KERALA,MUMBAI....Fact is that we Indians have become morally bankrupt...Everything we look and do today is through the prism of sex...The influx of western culture has simply wiped out all the moral cover we had...If u air Fashion TV and make films like Nishabd,Murder do u expect this figure to go down...Most of the Delhi elite schools r selling sex in the form of micro mini uniforms...Decency in clothing is missing ...I strongly believe that India too needs a Taliban type of law which can forbid all indecent and vulgar display of flesh and also punsih the offenders by chopping off their body parts...Delhi is no doubt epicenter of moral erosion...If u walk with ur parents to India Gates in evening u can find urself in an ackward position as many couples indulge in vulgar public display of love..Solution to this problem can be introduction of moral study in our curriculum...We should also create awareness abt its impact on society...

When ever something is not right why do we immediately blame the western culture. Rapes dont happen in the west... The problem is with our own so called Great Indian culture where throughout history Women are never treated as equals. Now when women are doing well in India even better than Men, Inidan man starts hating them and the only thing he can do to prove his might/ supiriority is by raping her. Islam is a religion which induces force and hatred between themselves and to others which are doing well and prosperous in life..So think before what you are asking for..Do you want the same thing to come in iIndia...

Islam religion teaches brotherhood and salvation. You do not need to follow Taliban just the holy scripture.

Talibanization is never the solution. In fact if your read the article, it is clear that most rape victims knew the rapists and interacted with them closely. This precludes your contention that FTV / cheer leaders or mini skirts will entice violence against women. The more repressive our society becomes the more such incidents will increase. A society which allows it's citizens the right to free expression has much better track record when it comes to violence against women.
So my friend terminator, open up your mind and don't advocate women be cloistered and hidden behind burkhas.

Mr. dp I suggest you to judge any religion not by its people or followers (some black sheeps) but by its scriptures. Islam is the way of life. Don't follow its people but follow its scripture. By the way, all the religion is teaching good things.

Regret to go through the article regarding the rape in delhi.accused are relatives of influential people.law should be strict and sever punishment like death penalty should be imposed on the accussed.Islamic rule will control such beastly act.
Aishwarya patil go to delhi there are many who will forcefull give you pyar dher sara pyar her jagah hamesha. best place for poeple like aishwarya patil.
India's law against rapist is very lenient. Rapist after rapes go scott free. No fear in their heart or mind. Bring Shariaa (Islamic) law and see the result. This is the only solution.
