how convinient !! Even Pak govt is also calling him Indian spy and not criminal. They guy was sent by govt of India an so it is not only his responsibility, but ours too. spying is a bigger crime than being a criminal.. and this guy has been accused, tried and then convicted for bombing and killing 14 people. is it a criminal act of spying? both actually.
RAW has sent plenty of such sarabjits with different name and they all are engaged in attrocities in pakistan thinking that they will take the revenge of what is happening in the Kashmir.

To make your job easier, just mention 5... or two or even a single other incident in which muslims were 'massacred'... and you shall have 20 incidents in which hindus / sikhs were gunned down, blasted against each such incident.

There is nothing worng in punishing the guilty, but give him a fair chance to prove his innocence...
He has not been proven guilty... and that is why India has officially requested for clemcy.
On the other hand, has Pakistan ever officially asked for clemcy for any of its national? They simply deny that the person belongs to Pakistan. That is the difference.

Another point for you guys, assuming that you guys are Indians, and have some respect left for your country. People across the border know that you feel cheated / disrespected etc etc... Now they have gone down to the extent that they have started attacking mosques, so that there is religious tension in India. There have been a few incidents in the recent past. Just open your eyes friends and see that those who pretend to be your friends have nothing to do with you (you as muslims). They just want to divide us (us as Indians).
