and a bigger joke: THE AWARD WAS GIVEN IN IRELAND, which herself is torn apart by violence!!
may her soul rest in peace but how can a peace award be given to someone who encouraged and created a monster in kashmir--she is equally responsible and her husband looted with aplomb!!
