Give a platform to army troops for their griviences. or ready for another 1857. Troops can be exploited again and again. but when their limit ends,everything get end.
Yes u are right Mr.E Alraham. What u don%u2019t think Defence has more problem from inside then from outside. Civilian don%u2019t know the life of army troops, so they are supposed to talk like this. But our army officers know about it. But they are still enjoying benefits for which they are not entitled. For example lesser then a brigadier(unless until he is commandant) is not authorized for red light on vehicle. But they are enjoying it. Even family of army officers don%u2019t mind to do it. Army troops are engaged in domestic work of officers. Which our constitution doesn%u2019t permit. But still our troops are forced to do that on the name of Batman. You have to know, lesser then a post a person is not authorized for batman. If somebody claim, He ( troop) started exploiting by them(officers). And problem is that nobody is to hear them. If somebody say, then a new exploitation starts on the name of defence. As a defence civilian officer and on the basis of my work. I can say army troops need money but more then that require atmosphere where they can respect themselves. There should be a platform where they can show their grievances.

Batman service in the military is an unwarrated tradition taken over from the British Indian Army. When a British Officer was appointed to serve in the British Indian Army, a butman servant was assigned to help the officer.
Today in India one JCO one butman and one officer one butman we have over 100,000 butman which a huge waste of manpower supposed to be competent soldiers and the spending. They are recruited for soldiering but not to be like a maid servant. Once a butman became lazy to soldering and lost their career.
The butman usage today is over the Manpower of a Army Command under a Lt General over 100,000.
In order to reduce the butman wastage I suggest the following: 1. One butman for 10 JOCs. ( instead of one butman to One JCO currently )
2. One butman for 3 officers up to Major. ( instead of one butman to one officer )
3. One butman for officer above Colonel, as is now.
It is also highly advisable to start a separate service :BUDMAN: like of NCE ( Non-Compatent Employee) from locals that they shall not move or travel with the units.
At any rate, I think it a cruel fun, HUGE waste keeping over 100,000 budman and I do not think, any way, butman is not at all needed up to rank Major. ( OR EQUALLENT OF MAJOR IN THE NAVY & AIRFORCE )

While in service they are bound by orders. They can not protest in public forums. They have to voice their opinion through official channels only.

If the soldiers know some one is there to represnt their RIGHTS it will not demoralise but moralise them. Moreover, soldier Human Rights were not suspended, they still are on human rights, although cannot talk.
Late defence minister VK Krishna Menon era defense system is over. During his time our soldiers were paid the least, once he said "As long as there is stick in the land Oxen will walk" means - be rough on soldiers to fight. Thus, unfortunately, we had to take a big toll, even today China occupying our territory. After war he had to resign, Hon YB Chavan, CM of Maharastra took over Defense. Since then after learnt a great lessen soldier pay increased. Now seemingly aiming at Arunachal Pradesh China building much advanced nuclear warheads at South China Sea. Still then very sorry to see the words 'shit was thrown etc' were used on soldiers.
To join the armed forces, physical, mental must be fit above a civil job. They have to fight the enemy to job responsibility plus risk of bad weather and climate, horrible living conditions, you should see the Siachin Glacer, LoC, North Kashmir, Eastern Sector and the borfer lines and posts.

One look is bigger educaton than 1000 book reading. Soldier families are the most praying people, China build up now at the South China Sea every soldier family is praying. We have to support them. Every Ex-Serviceman has a son or grandson in the Armed Forces. Better pension sale and benefits boost soldier morals.
It is not demoraling to tell the truths of the service. Soldiers at least know someone on behalf of them and will be highly moralised, furthermore, their Human Rights are not suspended.
Within 10 years of 1962-1971 India fought 3 wars, pensionless ex-servicemen who served at 2 wars and least 7 years during this time should be granted pension to their senior age.
Retired generals and other Ex-servicemen are writing on Fundanemtal Rights restored from the long strains and frustrations in the service and that much they loved the responsibility and patriot. I have not seen a retired top Civil Servant written as such.

During in the Armed Forces - Civil and Fundamental Rights are suspended, under the discipline they are not permitted to public forms. Thus do not blame them not speaking during the service. I was twice reprimanted in the service on writing to the president of India, it would have been higher punishmets too. Most men were joined the service with out knowing the hardships and became helpless after joined. You have to see it to believe it, thus civilians are not permited at certain areas.
During the 1962 war time military personnel were paid the least, thus, unfortunately, we had to take a big toll, China still occupy. Now seemingly aiming at Arunachal Pradesh China is building up much advanced nuclear warheads at her South Sea. Our Armeed Forces challenges are much bigger than a civilian can comment or understand.
Our retired men of the service including generals are talking is a well clear message how much they were concerned from their service time. But how many of the top retired Civil Service men are talking as such, none I believe.
If you believe shit was thrown at armed service personnel by our civilian rule how they can fight and win war with the shit on them, if shit was thrown on them it is shame on civilians that their Fundemetal Rights were suspended. So you are not a patriot saying shit thrown to them. But you should have expressed O government clean any shit thrown on them.

you are not even aware of the procedures of the armed forces..you seem to be one amongst many stupid civilians of this country. you fool armed forces personel do not have all the fundamental rights like you bloody civilians have.....they cannot go to the press and cannot air there views and sentiments publicly while in service.....GROW UP YOU FOOLISH BLOODY CIVILIAN..its high time that armed forces servingand retired group and regroup to show what level of despodency and authority they can establish if they want to.....people of this country dont know them by now
