What action was taken against mufti for his statement of circulation pakistani currency in kashmir.He released terrorists for his daughter.He is supporting terrorists.This MMS is a spineless person.Cant take strict action against terrorism.
Why are Knicker wallas marching helter skelter in India with a lathi to brandish.Since they are the only brave sons of bharat matha, why don't we ask them to infiltrate into PoK and ask that Pakistan be annexed back into India, once they go to Pok and fight with the Jihadis, we could build a clean , secular and progressive India.

Not about Paki's influence. They have nothing to influence.
This is about protecting our citizens from seeing something which is wrong and incorrect. After all seeing is believing more lies you show more people believe. And what you show people believe that. Look at China they used to blackout foreign channels when they were showing people dying with hunger & cold. They used to show people happy and praising the government during spring festival.
Every government has right to protect its citizens for the sake of greater cause of national interest.
No American channel shows the coffin being brought from Iraq as it will degrade morale of general people.
Controlling the media for national interest must be allowed.
I think in India channels especially Hindi channel like Aaj Tak, Star News all these have degraded their standard showing vulgar and no-news programs for sake of TRPs. Government must have control on the contents to be shown to public.

Pakistanis do have influence over you admit it, why ban them let them run, pakistan gets ALL Indian channels in Pakistan, including Star New and Zee news via Satallite. "Greater national interest" is what Pakistan follows also when it supports kashmiris my freind TIT FOR TAT, you got trapped in your own words. So hit the nil right on the head. Control teh media in a Mulsim country and they call it SUPRESSION of teh media, control the media in a Eurpopean or no Muslim country and its called "Greater national Interest". See what I mean? you also mentioned China in this, well if China was ALL DOOM AND GLOOM line Western media prtrays them I dont see any uprising in that country at all, Tainamen was a sect, other than THAT MY FREIND ZERO. I do however see constant uprisings my Nagaland rebels and Mezoram rebels in your country I also see the South completely allienated from the ruling elite in NORTH. So who is better?

Let Pakistan show the Indian channels and movies freely.
Then we will know who is scared and for what.
Let the real leaders of POK come to India and speak their mind which will tell what Pakistan's armies and the government deals with the Kashmiris on the other side.
India allows our side of Kashmiri leaders to go to Pakistan why dont pakis allow.
I had a chance to visit China and in the hotel room I was pleasantly surprised to find Zee Music although no other news channel from India were shown. I found PTV Global and PTV News were shown.
I was horrified the way the channel was showing India in the Bad light every other day they will have programs on Kashmir showing our security forces torturing , raping citizens and violating human rights.
They were also showing Gujarat violence,Babri Mosque being destroyed, calling J&K government as puppet government. On the other hand the whole state media was focusing on praising Musharaf and denouncing Benazir & Nawaz. When the whole world was denouncing China for Tibetthey were calling Tibetans a group of looters supported by India.
There state media has a very narrow and limited vision of whole world. I am happy that such channels are banned.

There is no question of showing India in a bad light on purpose. Perhaps it is what is shown. India is supposed to be the worlds largest democracy or is it? Are you afraid of Pakistani TV?
If you watch the programs on the Indian govt. channel on DD Kashmir they are all related to one single faith with very few exceptions.
They also have religious programs of that faith and prayers too, ONLY one FAITH why ??
Kashmir is as free as any other state in India why not show programs related to all faiths ?
Seems like even our govt. is scared to challenge the myth that Kashmir is owned by one faith, it is not and never has been.
We should never allow faith fanatics to create a region of terror.
As for Pakistan they are created on a lie so what truth can be expected from such nation ? so much for the failed two nation theory whose creator accepted the failure on deathbed.
are an integral part of india as also PoK... Pakistan's impudence should be thrashed...
Their nuclear programme is a sham - A country whose economy is drooping to abyssmal standards walloping on n-research and bombs??? Arab money channels the terrorism to an extent.
