These all are old systems of governance, today world is adopting democratic means with social justices. In our society, all such systems are prevalent,with a limited backing of leagality due to diversity in India, therefore all this confusion is being faced, sometimes-irritants. We are to educate our people, bring political and bureacratic reforms as quickly as possible.
