In most of the riot cases in India the first trouble inciters are always muslims though they may be at receiving ends at the last. They get provoked even at slightest provocations like Hindu procession passing through the mosque or bursting of crackers or a song played on loud speaker. Has anyone heard of a Hindu attack on muslim processions like moharum or bakr-id where they raise provacative slogans. That depicts their intolerance and hatred towards Hinduism.
One thing to notify is when there is fierce reaction from Hindus then only there is end to the violence.
