It is very easy to divide india. Just throw an issue in public. North India vs South India, Brahmin Dalit, Hindu- Muslim and many other....We find so many reasons to hate each other but never find one reason to live together.
If India has facts in hand that Pakistan is harbouring terrorists then why not place those facts before the International Court in the Hague? Let us try to get a judgement against Pakistan. Once we have legal international support then we can think of possible routes of action. Unilateral actions a la Israel can not and should not be attempted by India since we do not have the requisite international support or strenght of arms.
