This so called secular govt. cant punish Afzal Guru, so how do you expect them to even catch Dawood Imbrahim??

Lucky India is a Muslim. Modi didn't do anything. Godhra was a spontaneous reaction from Hindus for Muslims who burned the train. Babri masjid demolition was a reaction from Hindus against rascal Babar and his cohort Muslims who had built Masjid forcibly alongside temple.
As long as fanatical parties RSS/VHP/BJP available in india, Dawood must survive so as they can not dare to touch any mosque and create Riots in india.... Dawood is a big threat to all the fanatical leaders Modi/Advani etc etc......
