I was a great fan of Pramod Mahajan because he was always a very practical person and more importantly he was follower of the moderate line in the BJP. Hence he always faced opposition from the hardliners in the party including the party bosses in Nagpur.
Now with him gone, the hardlineers in BJP are making every attempt to elliminate all of his supporters(like Gopinath Munde) in the party who practised his style of politics(moderate Hindutva).

he he he....... i am not denying that he was the money-getter for the BJP. the kinds of realtions he had with Ambanis etc is very well known.
What i am saying is that, he gave less importance to communal issues (more importance to money). BJP is out to destroy the communal harmony in India and with systematic ellimination of moderate Hindutva leaders, the hardliners will cause even more damage.

Exactly. Any debate or discussion in the party renders it to be a kitchen cabinet.

Notwithstanding what Rahul feels about democracy in his own party - it is a family business, end of the day. No better than a kitchen cabinet. At least kitchen cabinet is some form of cabinet..
Family business is only Gandhigiri - ... of all varieties of Gandhis.. Sonia, Rahul, Priyanka, etc. etc.
Most indisciplined family which has brought bad name to BJP just because they were in the party. Brother - brother were unable put down their emotion and jealous for each other,how acn this family can hold the jealous of giving a deserve person the position. Since BJP was growing by that time and this family taken the party as their property, now munde not willing to share with others thebplatform. It is natural the greedy want all for them and get jealous of evry thing like KHANDHARI'S. So Todays Khandhari is Gopinath munde. The party should get seperaeted from the family which cann not keep unity amoung family, Is it possible for them to keep party/people united. JAI HIND! JAI BJP!

When elections coming near you can expect so many issues like this and your comments makes me laugh vigorously. Man do not compare Mahabharat with BJP and I am afraid you are spoiling the name of Mahabharat by comparing to today's politics. Mahabhart is a great Epic with lots of good message. Today's politicians are a bunch of jokers and they all corrupted.

You are right Mr.Shivsubramanian. This family has brought bad name to BJP. Assasination of Pramod Mahajan drafted a new story. He has gun downed by his own brother. The recorded statement of his killer brother Praveen Mahajan is seized for 20 years, if it is revealed or released for public, public will throw stone on this family and their late leader. The court has to release the statement in public that, we have the right to know about our late leader of a status of future Prime Minister. My intention is not to hurt the family and workers of the departed leader, but the truth and story behind assasination of Pramod Mahajan should come out. It is heard that, the first statement from Praveen Mahajan on announcement of his brother was " My wife will sleep peacefully now " I don't know whether it was truth or not.

Speaking against party supremos is actually democratic.
Which is totally absent in Congress. In Congress case, the fight would never be between Gadkari and Munde - Madam Sonia would already have decided who the Mumbai chief would be ... end of story.. :-) Any Pawar who dares to oppose would have floated his own party. :-)
