Thought on karnataka election
by dayanand patil on Apr 22, 2008 11:05 AM  Permalink

Hai All,

Karnataka polls will be the dissive one for us in asking ourselves what we will be projecting for next decade. I feel that
Congress which has ruled for the major time has done little for the development. Its become party where most of member are working for the indivisual bettement rather then thing for the party or people. What development we have seen in north karnataka literally nill. Whenever I go the Hubli or Dharwad, I feel it same Hubli or Dharwad which was 20 yrs back. The pathic narrow roads and bad dranage.

JDS: Its really bad party which openly declares that there is nothing wrong in beeing corrupt and disloyal. Its spreading negativity.

BJP: I guess this party has some plans and projection on how karnataka has to be seen. And
one should not forget the buget which it had presented and work done by few of the then minister from the BJP.

JD(S) releases candidates
by Suresh Gowda on Apr 22, 2008 10:26 AM  Permalink

Bangalore has got around 6- 8 lakh votes in IT and BPO sector including people employed and their families. Bangalore and its surroundings has 36 assembly seats. Many of them will vote with a vengeance to BJP to protest congress's Mandal politics. Many of them last time were a political but they live in a tough competitve world and quotas, reservations etc are anthema to them. Many of them support affirmative action based on income but in a competitive world quotas are anthama to them. Congress will soon realize why VP Singh became a foot note in history due to Mandal. Another Singh Arjun Singh is taking congress on the same Garden Path. Probably Krishna will also agree that Siddaramiah is taking congress on same garden path in Karnataka. Krishna you are a right man in wrong party. Congress is for sychophants, backstabbers and casteists. Your time is up and please retire gracefully

Attn moderator: Please Ban Ram Mohan's comments
by sangudb on Apr 21, 2008 04:20 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

May I request the moderator to prevent/ban Ram Mohan's from publishing comments and articles on this forum. This guy seems to be canvassing for JDS. Except for this guy there is no one else who is campaigning for a anti-karnataka, political party. But one spoilt fish can spoil the entire pond. Please stop this rogue.

This forum is being used by the intellectuals to discuss/share ideas and opinions and not to campaign for some political rogues.

Rediff, Wake Up.

Very well said. I wonder what is the Moderator doing?
If rediff allows malicious campaigning on its forums, then people are sure to avoid Rediff in the coming days.
