A ray of Hope, a glimmer of light I hope the Pakistan Government see this light. Sarabjit has served more that required years for life imprisonment in a Pakistan jail, so should be released if his term is converted to life.
Death Penality or Capital Punishment should be adopted only for those criminals who are inhuman. Only Hard Core terrorists should be given death penality. Those who do crime in frenzy emotions/in anger should be given only jail punishment. And even Jail punishment should not exceed more than 14 years. Those who are harmful to society should be given death punishment and not all criminals.

Ha Ha .How you will decide it dude? and what about the victim and his families and their human rights? Societies cant run without discipline and fear and tit for tat punishment.That is why rampant corruption is going on.No one has any fear of any action.Stop being naive and emotional.
