This fact is wrong. it is the propaganda by muslim. they could never be defeated .mughals were defeated by british forever. do u know a fact: The holiest place of muslims Kaaba in Mecca was a temple having 360 idols of god/goddess. Each god/goddess signyfying the different day of the year (in the ancient time one year assumed to be of 360 days). Profet Mohammed's was belonging to Quresh tribe of ancient arab. Quresh used to worship the Kaaba temple and Profet Mohammed's uncle was the pujari (priest) of the temple. When Mohammed captured Mecca with his army then he destroyed all 360 idols and converted the Kaaba temple into a mosque. At that time Shiva was one of the main diety of ancient arab (pagan aka hindu) people. Though the guy destroyed all the idols but being the main deity of the pagan's mohammed could not destroy the shiva linga and it was put in one of the walls of the Kaaba temple. Every muslim who goes to kaaba, kisses the shiva linga. Also the guy had to continue some ancient tradition of the kaaba temple, like 7 parikramas (circumbulance) of kaaba temple. Just inorder to be different and to be recognised him like a god, the guy told people that he is messenger of God, however he is the same guy who married to Ayesha and had sex with her when she was 9 year old and the guy was 52 years !! CHILD MOLESTER He is the same guy who married zainab, the wife of his adopted son abdullah. SO SHAMELESS ACT that only a MESSENGER OF GOD can do it Yahoo Messenger can do it!

ISLAM is last revealation of same old Sanatan Dharma (different from Current Hinduism).
Going to Sanatan Dharma is not a choice as it is a path heavily 'mined' with wromg ideas today.

No Verse of Quran is to be understood without its NUZOOL - the context. Allah knows that without correct context message can easily be distorted over time.
Therefore Quran emphasizes Nuzool (context) so much that every verse revealed in Quran is associated with actual ground story. Quranic verses were revealed as various events on ground unfolded. So Every verse is associated - formally - with an event on ground.
This is ALLAH's way to teach Quran and safeguard it against corruption by misinterpretation.
His way is: Learn to understand each verse in light of associated event - the NUZOOL.
However, every Islam hater conveniently forgets to even remotely gloss over context of Quranic verses, and just jumps to his/her own interpretation.

Islam never claims it is any New faith.
It only says it OLDEST faith. It is final revealation of same faith that was revealed first time. Only that previous people could not preserve the message, and corrupted it over time for selfish gains that God chose to reveal them again and again.
Had Hindus not corrupted original faith by introducing false gods and deities, Islam had no reason to come.
